Today has been quite the day.
When DF hadn't called by 11 last night, I called him. He picked up and immediately said, "Hey, can I call you back?" I said sure. About a half hour later he called and he asked how my day was. After the door saga - I didn't think I would encounter another colour mistake so quickly WRONG!! I don't like my feature tiles.
Unlike the doors, they will not grow on me, they can't be covered up with plants/decking/fencing etc, they are supposed to be the stand out in my bathroom and I HATE them
They are a natural stone so they have come up an orange colour rather than the tan colour I was hoping for, I am also sure they are the wrong one. I think the color girl wrote down the wrong code and s...

Well, after the trauma of my basins (thank you for everyone's imput! - I am learning to love them with my colours!).... I am not happy with the laying of the feature tiles in the ensuite. My DP tells me i am being a bit OCD - but I just can't get past it. It just doesn't look quite right!! Before I raise it with the SS...I thought I would get a reality check. The third picture highlights the problem where the listello lines don't match the brown tile lines!? My overall shot didn't turn out prope...

Nighttime weaning DRAMA!

So I am just starting to think about night weaning as I'm 6 months pregnant and really starting to HATE nursing. Actually, I don't mind nursing that much as my almost 3yo dd only really nurses to sleep, but when it's taking her 1.5-2.5 hours to go to sleep, the extent of nursing is really getting on my nerves. I feel so sad about it but it's gotta stop!!
