So after this years E3, I was left with wonderful impressions on (most) of the press conferences and what they had to offer. There are many new and wonderful things that I will be looking forward to in the future!
A big spotlight being on motion controls. Not just for games but for new ideas revolving around the use of them.
However... I am a bit worried when flame wars are starting over the motion controls shown by microsoft and sony that aren't even out yet, have only had short demonstrations...

I've always been a big history buff, with a particular interest in WW2, and thanks to the folks in the Milsurp Megathread, I recently discovered how affordable some vintage firearms were right at the same time that I had some extra money and was looking for a new hobby. This will chronicle the start of my trip down the rabbit hole.
So I read that many people start their collections with a Russian bolt-action rifle, then pick up a US semi-auto.

The titanium madness begins.
I bought some 6AL-4V titanium to reinforce the landing gear boxes on my BD4, and I had some .050" and some .10" thick pieces left over. I am thinking about making an Ak receiver out of the scraps. I have been wanting to do this for years but I never had any extra pieces. This 6AL-4V titanium is a great alloy it's strength roughly 160,000 psi, about three times stronger than pure Titanium.
