Water Birthing and Ohio midwife laws

Hey guys and gals, I have a couple questions:
First, I'm strongly thinking about water birthing at home. How many of you have done this and would you recommend this? I've heard that it can greatly lessen the pain of labor. Is this true or an exaggeration? I HATE hospitals and would rather suffer in the peace of my home then in a hospital, but I am scared of the pain. I've always believed in healing properties of water so I would think it would help with the pain, but I want first hand accounts....

hi i have 3 kids and due to the economy i need to move i currently live in michigan and have worked in the auto industry so looking to go back to school does ohio have any programs for single moms going back to school and what is a good community college i was thinking about mansfield because there is family there but not much else whats a good place to go thanks for all your feedback in advance

ohio generator vs DC Power alternator

I need to order a H/o alt for a 2000 rms system. I can get a 200 amp for my 2004 chevy impala 3.4L V6 from ohio generator for $495 plus s/h, or a 230 amp from dc power inc for $349 plus s/h. Is one better than the other in your opinions. I ordered from excessive amperage before and it only puts out about 40 -50 amps at idle. It is supposed to be 200 amp. I don't want to get ripped again.

We are looking at moving back to my husbands home area of Hillsboro Ohio. If we do I need to find a good doc for my son. I have found clinis in Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati...these would be closest to us. Dose anyone have any recommendations? I'm going to ask my clinic here also but it's nice to have opinions from real people that actually see these docs. Thanks! Kelly

Central Ohio area

I find it hard to believe that Columbus does not have at least one airsoft field. With Conquest basically defunct, we now have nothing, despite sitting on some prime real estate with our central location. I think it's about time we did something about that.
I want to assemble a group of players who are interested in getting a field up and running in central Ohio. If not a field right away, I don't see any reason why we can't find a few places to at least host an event later this year.

Columbus Ohio Touring Questions

Hey everyone!
This year I'm thinking about going on some short bicycle tours. Short meaning 2-3 days, the longest potentially being a week (With the hope of someday quitting my full time job to tour for months at a time). As far as mileage the longest I've gone in a day is 33 miles on my dad's GT Windstream but I want to train myself to go between 30-70 miles/day and I need a bicycle that will handle this and last a long time (10+ years or more at least). 99% of my traveling should be on streets...
