I was surfing one of my favourite sites when i found this news article . What are your opinions of this matter? Mine is that they took it to far just ro find out what she was carrying and I thought that was illegal unless you were a police officer. (I would do more but im pressed for time i'll elaborate more when i get back)

Dumbell press versus flat benchpress

Any opinions on this? I always start my chest workout with dumbell press, and then usually go to flat bench press, incline, and decline bench press with increasingly lighter weights as my muscles start fatiguing. But I'm thinking about changing it up by starting with a flat benchpress and doing the dumbell press afterwards. Any opinions on the difference between these two exercises?

For Mass-building is Push Press a better option than Military Press?

I have been reading a lot about eccentric phase of lift is important. I have experimented some lately and slowed down my eccentric phase. Besides being brutally hard I think its definitely elevating my gains (strength wise its too early to tell about mass or anything).
So I was thinking about OH pressing and whether it would be beneficial to switch to Push pressing now instead of more strict military. My reasoning is that A) I can get more weight on bar with push press and B) if I keep the weigh...

I just bought this press and I should be picking it up in a couple of days what do think of it I intend to use it with apples but what will I need to use it with grapes as well.

This is a wonderful old cider press in excellent condition. It is marked "Handy" on the top frame and stamped Schroeter Bros. Hdwe. Co. St. Louis, MO. Should one lower the barbell to the chest on incline barbell bench? Or should one lower the barbell until the elbows are at a 90 degree angle?

Thinking about going from BB 8820 to iPhone, What do I need to know?

I have a Blackberry 8820. It was a pretty good phone until now. The trackball only sort of works. It scrolls, but when you press the button, it does not. So it makes it almost unuseable.
Now, i'm thinking about getting an iPhone, but I'd like to find out what I need to know beforehand. Currently I have a family plan with 4 lines one for myself, one for my wife, and two more lines for my two kids. Is there a way to detect 2 key presses at once?

Hey guys,
When I say two keyboard presses, I'm thinking about a situation where I would need to detect both. Not a shift this or alt that or control third. I'm talking about Down + A or 5 + T. For instance: Ryu has an overhead attack that is used when both Down + MP are pressed. If I were to create a game, with ActionScript 3.0, is there a way for me to detect that both buttons were pressed at the same time?

Press Seersucker Color?

I'm thinking of picking up one of the Press Seersucker coats currently on sale. Not sure to go with blue or grey.
I think blue is the more traditional color, but I think the grey will be more subdued, which I like the idea of. I also don't think the grey will stand out as much, which is equally appealing to me.
Any opinions or thoughts?
