Air Berlin

For my TA cruise next April, I'm thinking of taking an Air Berlin flight leaving Rome @ 10:05 AM (only flight of the day) that goes to Dusseldorf, then buying a seperate ticket for Dusseldorf to Ft. Myers, FL.
This flight will save me about $1,100. Our ship is scheduled to dock @ 4:AM. First, anyone have experience making a 10:AM flight? Second, any opinions on this airline?

Woman mauled by polar bear at Berlin Zoo

There's a thread on Nat'ls about this, but they focus more on the woman's stupidity.
A woman jumped into the polar bear enclosure. Beyond the obvious question of her mental state.... can some of the blame be placed on marketing?
Is it because they've made the bears seem so "cute n' cuddly?"

My Berlin Lübecker K98 - opinions please!

Here are some pics of my 237 coded 1938 K98-k for your perusal. The rifle appears to be matching, including screws, magazine follower, buttplate, rear sight parts, upper & lower bands, bolt, stock, etc. Unfortunately, the stock has been sanded somewhat but the Heer markings and serial number are still legible.
The more I learn about these fascinating rifles the more I realize what I don't know, so by all means, opinions are welcome. Thanks in advance gentlemen....

Escape From Berlin

I'm planning on creating a arcade game in which the player is trying to escape from one half of Berlin to another. This takes place during the Cold War and is meant to symbolize the horror and pain that people experienced during the war(s). The player comes across certain stages which all are build around a single 'obstacle' that was found inbetween the two walls seperating Berlin. I have most of the concept written down and ready to be programmed yet, I don't know if this concept is 'acceptable...

Dublin to Berlin Road Trip

So I'm thinking about organizing a sponsored trip from Dublin to Berlin. It's going to be organizing around 2 weeks late in this year.
I'm doing this purely from a fun aspect. I want to test the waters and see can I organize enough hype around the internet to meet up with different people from around the world in towns through out the 4 different countries we will be travelling through.

Meet Berlin

Here is my newest addition...literally picked up moments ago...she is stressed out,but she will be fine.
She is 8 weeks old.Her name is Berlin,unless I can come up with something better...but Berlin has stuck with me for awhile.I knew I was getting her a few days ago,but didn't post...and all these days,Berlin always stuck in my head when I would think about names.

this is something i normaly dont share, but today i will make an exception for you guys. This is the liveset i performed on the 12th of April in Berlin @ the psychedelic Kitchen Party. What order is best?: Munich, Berlin, Prague, Amsterdam

A couple buddies and I flying in to Munich from the US for the last weekend of Okotberfest. We will be in Munich from Friday, OCT 2 to Monday, OCT 5th. From there we will have 7 days to travel around. We were thinking about going to Amsterdam, Berlin, and Prague....what is the most convenient order in doing these? Also, is it worthwhile to do all of these in only a total of 10 days? I was thinking of omitting Berlin...
Thoughts? Any advice on any other must see countries? Thank you for your help...
