I need to discuss something, and I was hoping to ask the opinions of those older and wiser than myself. OK, so one of my lfs' has some Florida Gars that I've been watching for the last month or so. Every time I go in, I like them more and more.
My largest tank right now is a 125g (72x18x22). I don't want to get a gar if it can't live in this tank for at least a few years, as my expansion plans are slightly limited right now.
As of now, the only fish I plan on having in this tank are a pair of pbass (3.5" and 5.5" respectively), which I already have. The gar(s) that I'm looking at are about 7-8 inc...

I have watched from a distance the ongoing battle to *regain" Truck.Net. I have kept quiet, with minor exception and I figure now is as good a time as any to hit the fan with it.

Whether I need help deciding between a 600 or a 750, or I need help of the psychological variety, I'm not sure yet. That's why I'm posting.
Lately, I've become more and more interested in getting a street bike. I've posted on a few forums, and a lot of people have given me a lot of opinions. Respect Opinions

Even if they are the most dumb or uncommon, or maybe even common opinions. Respect them. For if you don't, you're only beating on yourself.
Stop saying thinks like "-insert name here- sucks". Show some dignity. Name-calling and disrespecting the opinions of people only lead to some sort of fight.
Plus, everyone is different. Different styles or lyrics may sound right to some, and bs to others. But what are you saying then? No one can be unique? Part of being unigue is the right to be different,...

nFusion made a business decision. I don`t like it at all, but it was their decision and we knew it was coming when the security chip was first introduced. Bad timing is all they are really guilty of.
The nFusion bashing has to stop. I too am a little guilty of this as of late. I apologies for that. But lets get over this and carry on. No more bashing will be tolerated.

Have you ever respected a truther? (and a few other random opinions).
Reading this forum has led me to a few conclusions. Not all of them palatable.
1. Truthers, as far as I can see, are without exception nincompoops. We try and rationalise their thinking, being rational types ourselves, but forget that we're dealing with woo-woo central. I would like on opinions on how I thank men and women of the military ... In high school I was in the NJROTC ... When I see someone who has or is serving (And it won't interrupt them) ... I tell them "Thank you" and I give them the proper salute ... Is it rude or respectful for a civilian to give them a proper salute? ...
