KY senate president declares slots dead

Senate President Williams says the Kentucky House slots bill isn't going to fly in the Senate. (This guy has been declared Public Enemy #1 by some Ky turf writers.) He says the Senate will consider another plan to help the racing industry with special taxes.
A) He's not "thinking about the kids" like the civic-minded House members (even though they otherwise somehow failed to fund new schools all these years), and

hostilities (aka Nukes and Noble trains) from one Tribe to another.
AD!, however, has decided it's best not to pick on any specific tribe(s) and

When VGChartz declares their sales numbers, it's all guesses. They guess the numbers - this automatically means it's according to them - their own opinion.
When NPD shows its numbers, it is not 100 % accurate or something - this does mean it's just no fact but merely a more trustworthy guess - still an opinion - not a fact that x sold y this month.
When Nintendo puts out the numbers, they can't exactly know how many copies have been sold. It's simply impossible, and thus, it's just a good guess,...
