1. Thinking about buying a Kimber Pro Covert..opinions wanted.   (09 Jun 2009)
Hello, I have recently stumbled upon a hefty real estate commission, and I think I want to treat myself to a new pistol..you know, as a reward to myself I'm liking the Pro Covert II and think it might be the one. First, I know there are plenty of 1911 options out there and some might feel that for a "bit more" I can "upgrade" to a Wilson, Baer, Ed Brown, etc. I don't really want to go this route. People say, "Once you get a (insert high-end name here) you will see the difference in quality." I d...

2. What do you think about these ideas on the perfect creation of man and Gods...   (20 Jun 2009)
My dear friends I've just been thinking as follows and would like your opinions and contribution on this subject too. In order for God to create a perfect world and beings He had to create beings ( us ) who would rebel. The reason for this is that God is infinite Love and the greatest expression of love is sacrifice. The greatest sacrifice is infinite sacrifice. If we never rebeled God would not have been able to show us His infinite love for us by His infinite sacrifice on the cross. God loves...

3. Thinking about a triumph street triple, need opinions   (02 May 2009)
I'm thinking of getting a second bike, my needs are as follows: -great looking bike -around 12-15k -decent gas mileage / 4.5 gallon tank minimum -more used for commuting/hooligan bike-ish / standard layout bike -looking for comfort but with good handling / agility -hopefully pretty light, from 360-410ish lbs I went and checked out the hypermotard, the streetfighter, the tuono, the dorsuduro, the benelis, the z1000, and finally, the triumphs. I'm torn between a speed triple, and a street triple R...

4. Thinking about selling the coupe - Need some advice   (21 Jun 2009)
My wife and I are having a house being built that should be completed in late Aug. She drives an '05 pathfinder and I DD the coupe. I'd really like to have a pickup truck, but not sure which way to go. I recently created the following post on SVT forums: Quote: : So here's the deal. My wife and I just bought a house, and I'm considering a "more practical" vehicle. My wife drives an '05 Pathfinder, and I have an '01 BMW M-coupe. I'd really like a truck to make the runs to Lowe's, Home Depot, etc....

5. Thinking about a goundpounder....   (17 Jun 2009)
Just messing around with the idea, if you had lets say a 5k (Team Cactus, Atomic, RD, AB, etc...) and around 10 to 11ft3 gross, what would you do, a really nice pair of 15s ported or a lot of smaller drivers with smaller RMSs? What something that going to sound good at any volume level, I know both type of setups can, just curious to some opinions. I like the RE SEs, 8 12s sealed could go in that space with around 600ish per sub, as long as I could keep the voltage up. Input is apperciated, than...

6. Thinking about another convertible.   (06 May 2009)
So I have been debating on adding another convertbile to the stable. A few things it must have: 1. A back seat (bummer, or I'd buy another Crossfire ). 2. Decent reliability. 3. Decent power. 4. Decent safety. 5. Must be a used car. 6. No high mileage, I would say 75k+, unless it is an older car, say pre 1980s. 7. Priced at 13k or less. 8. Be in good or great shape. Age, brand, etc. matters not. Some I have thought about learning more about : 1. PT Cruiser GT Convertible 2. 90s BMW 3 series 3. F...

7. Thinking about getting a daily-driver for about £2k   (11 Apr 2009)
hey all, I'm thinking picking up a bit of a runabout, just for toing and froing from work and general duties. Although I'm on a bit of a budget, don't want to spend more than £2k. My requirements are: 1. It must be reliable. 2. Mechanically sound. 3. Decent condition (obviously as good as possible). 4. Economical to run. 5. Relatively easy to maintain by a DIYer (I'm no mechanic, but I'm not a retard either, so can learn from haynes/internet forums etc). 6. Daily commute is 60 miles 'round trip,...

8. Thinking about buy a sport classic.. fogged oil window?   (03 Jun 2009)
Hey guys, I actually live down in the bay area now of San Fran, but i'd liek to get multiple opinions... I'm looking at buying a ducati sport classic, and would like to get your opinion on two things. The first is, I'm looking at buying a Ducati sport Classic. (2007) The original owner dropped the bike at 50 miles, (not that slow at all) his body taking the brunt of the low side. I believe him after seeing the large scar and he has receipts proving the left side of the bike specifically was repl...

9. Thinking about a Srt6   (03 May 2009)
Hey guys, brand new here. I've been looking around for a new car, and I want something with pretty good power and "get up and go" ability. The Crossfire is pretty much everything I want, and definately want to have the srt6 version for the turbo. I've read about every review, and haven't really seen too many bad ones, only bad ones complain about things like looks, which I personally like. Seen different opinions on how rough the ride is, but I can live with it. Only problem I am having is I hav...

10. Map Idea. Tell me what you think about it   (09 Apr 2009)
For lack of a better name, I am calling this map "Barge" Each team starts on a separate torture barges. In between these torture barges lies a stationary Barge that will serve as the primary battleground for the match. The two starting barges will begin parallel to each other and they will move toward the stationary barge. The Starting Barges will have the following weapons: Sniper/Torque, Frags/Inks, Boltok (Maybe a mounted Troika as well). The first 20 seconds of the match will consist of gath...
