The 1998 Denver Broncos: The Greatest Team in Orange and Blue History
(12 May 2009)
Oh no...it's a bleacher report...it can't be true.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1...d-blue-history
While the 1997 Broncos were the first to win a Super Bowl in Denver, the year that followed, 1998, was the greatest team ever assembled in orange and blue.
Everything fell into place in 1998, as the city of Denver and the whole Rocky Mountain region was a mile high over the Broncos first ever championship season.
As Denver was defending champs, they knew they would get every teams best, ever...

True to suspicions, the Broncos discussed finances before the NFL draft.
Broncos coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Brian Xanders huddled with chief operating officer Joe Ellis and owner Pat Bowlen. They talked about the draft budget. They went over their two first-round picks and how much they would cost. They talked about the two first-round picks in 2010 and how much they would cost....

Iraq veteran trying to earn a job with Broncos -
(10 May 2009)
http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9...b-with-Broncos
There are many Broncos players who, after their freshman season of college ball, began to realize the NFL was not just possible, but probable.
Others may have been focusing on earning a promotion from backup to starter. Some may have been dealing with other issues, such as grades and girls.
If Rulon Davis doesn't make the Broncos' roster, it won't be because of any lack of toughness.
Rulon Davis went off to fight in the Iraq war.

will shanahan try to "STICK IT TO THE BRONCOS ?"
(08 Jul 2009)
just passing the time thinking about where shanahan might end up.
and BANG ...it hit me .
when al davis canned shanny he went to the broncos and became a huge thorn in the side of the raiders.so it only makes sense that should he be offered the chargers job (after norv completes the demolition of the chargers next season) he would jump at the chance to repay bowlen for his untimely release, before he even finished construction of his 35,000 sq ft palace in denver.
i know alot of people think he w...

A first attempt at a Mock Draft for Denver
(17 Apr 2009)
Well here is what I think the Broncos may do come draft day. Give me your thoughts, they are always appreciated!
1st Round, Pick #12:
Everette Brown OLB/DE Florida State
He has produced in the last couple years he has started. He primarily is a speed rush guy, but has added some strength to help his already impressive skill set. It will give the Broncos some much needed pass rush on the outside. I like him better than Maybin, as Brown seems more consistant to me. He could be the terror the Bronc...

Guess who is thinking about a comeback?
(31 May 2009)
Quote: : Michael Vick (notes) does not have the market cornered on athletes-turned-convicts who would like to turn athletes again. Former Denver Broncos draftee Maurice Clarett is sitting behind bars, dreaming of playing professional football again. According to his blog , he's in good physical shape, and he certainly sounds inspired. Here's a snippet: I want to play. I am going to play somewhere. I cannot accept how things ended. I wont accept how they ended. I am 220, rock solid. I am moving...
