Is this boring?

Now, this is a chapter from the middle of my book.
I just want to know if it is boring. If you get bored while reading it , let me know. Currently, that is the most important criteria for me in this chapter,.
So, if you do go through it, please be honest in your opinion.
And any suggestions on how to talk about technical things without boring the reader is also more than welcome.
