1. Which Uni do you think has the highest ratio of non-virgins to virgins?   (12 Apr 2009)
Which Uni do you think has the highest ratio of non-virgins to virgins?   This is quite a random question, I know, but I was thinking about it the other day because once when I visited my friend in Bristol, a few of her friends were non-virgins whereas most of them were. At Bath, all my friends bar one and I, are non-virgins, and overall around the Uni, most people I have met have done it. I don't know if this is to do with the people I meet, or a more general thing, like the fact that we have a...

2. Where are the Highest Roads & Peaks Across the US?   (05 Jun 2009)
Somebody I was corresponding with got me thinking about a question I've had for awhile -- where are the highest paved roads or bike-accessible peaks in each state across the US? I'll start with Texas: During our recent Davis Mountains & Big Bend trip my riding buddy snapped this shot while we were atop the MacDonald Observatory road near Fort Davis, Texas. The highest paved road in Texas coincides with the location of the observatory. We visited the MacDonald Observatory and attended the "Star P...

3. Eli wants to be highest paid player in the league   (21 Jun 2009)
his current deal expires at the end of the 2009 season, but if something isn’t worked out by then there is no doubt the Giants will slap the “franchise” tag on him next March. He is the franchise for the foreseeable future, and no delay in negotiations is going to change that. Besides, with deals this big, “negotiations” is always a word that needs some perspective. I don’t know how often the two sides have talked, but I’m betting it hasn’t been very often. Usually the real negotiations don’t st...

4. Donte Greene, World's Highest Paid Lifeguard   (29 May 2009)
Nice story. Great job Donte! http://sportsradiointerviews.com/20...e-saves-a-life/ Donte Greene plays forward for the Sacramento Kings. The NBA’s current playoff slogan is: “Where Amazing Happens” - but amazing happened far away from the basketball floor in this instance. Greene saved someone’s life in a Memorial Day boating accident when a woman who couldn’t swim found herself in the water. I’ll let him tell the story below but it’s astonishing what humans are capable of when they don’t think a...

8. Highest lift cam on stock LS2 springs ?   (20 Jun 2009)
Was looking for opinions on this. I saw a recent post about a GT2/GT3 cam which has 578 lift and people seemed to think it was ok on stock LS2 springs. Stock LS2 are only rated to .571 and .580 . Isnt that cutting it too close? Couldnt you risk a broken spring or would you only have to worry about possible valve float? Would really like to get some feedback on this. Cam swap without having to do springs would sure save a bit of time and $$.

9. What Do You Think About This Build?   (29 Jun 2009)
Hi There, I have lvl 5 Champ alt right now and I am thinking about making a champ with agility and vitality as my 1st and 2nd priority stats. The reason for this build is that agility increase chance for crit hit, less chance for missing an attack and higher chance for parry. vitality, well, you know what's for and definitely something a melee class needs. With this build I am looking to create a champ that can parry well, able to get max dmg the weapon can offer (with the highest might I can ge...

10. Help a High School Student Think About Art Schools   (16 Jun 2009)
In this summer before my junior year, job options being lean as they are here in Indianapolis, I have a lot of free time. For me, this means I have to make it useful, as opposed to frittering it away like all my previous summers. One of the things I want to work on is college selection. Over the course of my sophomore year I realized that among all the things I enjoy, drawing and painting and thinking about art makes me the happiest. A school trip to Italy at the beginning of spring was especial...
