Suggestions for Rhodes amplification?

I'm bidding on a Rhodes!
I'd like to know my options before going all the way, and therefore, I'm looking for some suggestions and opinions in Rhodes amplification.
Preamp / amplifier? What preamp? I'm not that knowledgable in this area (and that's putting it mildly), so please bear with me and post whatever useful things you have to say.
Any advice appreciated!

[Poll] Wurlitzer or Rhodes : which one has your preference?

I am interested in knowing what people here prefer between Rhodes and Wurlitzer EPs.
The Rhodes seems a popular instrument and the name is more famous, I think.
But reading through different sources, the Wurlitzer seems to be prefered by many musicians.
It is a matter of taste obviously, but also about different usage I guess.
Anyway, I am interested into having some opinions about it.
And this is the occasion to settle a 50 year fight.

I got to play a real rhodes today

Yep, at a local music store, the only Rhodes keyboard within 100 miles sat, with a $700 price tag. It was a bit used, some dead keys and needed some tuning. But gosh, did it sound awesome, lol.
After only using emulations of this great vintage keyboard, I finally got to play a little bit with it today. It felt just so, I don't know, REAL, lol. Now, I respect this old vintage electric piano more than I did before.
700 for this thing, is that a good price? If I ever get the money, I might buy it,...

Yes, he's a FB but think about having a good FB taking out the first wave and letting Marshawn Lynch, Fred Jackson, Dominic Rhodes and Xavier Omon go.
Brannan Southerland destroys people. He's a huge upgrade over Corey McIntyre.

I am recording mostly guitar, bass, and vintage keyboards ie rhodes wurli
Let me know what your opinions are for the above uses; Looking for a rock/alt country sound; I have a Presonus eureka and a neve 1073 copy, along with a UAD

B onjour à tous pour cette dernière chronique avant le jour du Jugement Dernier (présenté par Terminator : Renaissance, film que je vais sans doute téléch... allez voir [HADOPI T_T ]). Cette semaine, j'ai finalement décidé d'inaugurer le tant attendu et réclamé "Move de la semaine". Pourquoi maintenant ? Et bien je dois dire que mon ami et collègue Prototype m'a sympathiquement appris comment faire une .gif animée à partir d'une vidéo, ce qui me permet dorénavant de capturer les meilleurs moment...
