As most of you know, I use Adobe Acrobat 9 for my Playboy PDF's. After Dl'ing 3 Updates for Acrobat, I've noticed that 2 of them are causing Problems with my OS - Mainly, my context menus get all messed up. I would love to do a hands on review, but Foxit has not followed through on their promise to send me one. I was told at least 3 different times that the unit would ship shortly. Thinking about getting a 10 inch netbook mainly for trips (surfing the net, light processing) and maybe surfing the net while in bed. Looking at the Asus 1000HE with the N280 processor and a Acer with a N270 processor. Would it be worth the $40 difference? Programs I'll probably install would be Word and Excel only from the office suite and maybe Elements. If not Elements, another program like Faststone or Idimager. I can't believe no one has complained about this yet. Haven't seen a topic about it. In my opinion the most annoying thing about Foxit reader is that I can't switch between the "handtool", the "select text" and the "annotation selection tool" by right clicking. It's currently not possible to switch tools by right clicking anywhere in the PDF and choosing the appropriate tool from the context menu. I have a feature request that in my opinion should not have to be requested. Foxit provides the option to apply formatting to Text (Highlight, Strikeout, Underline, Squiggly and replace Text). But for some reason there's no option te undo the formatting . So formatting applied to a PDF document is permanent unless you choose not to save the document.
