Changing offsets on 3 piece wheels

Anyone know what sort of money and what is involved to modify the offset of 3 piece wheels. I have some that are suited to VE offset but am thinking about getting them changed to suit the VX. The fronts match but the backs are out by about +25mm. They are 19x10 with +50 so I need to get it down to +25 to fit.
Also if you know of places that do it please let me know. The wheels are KWC forged and were made and imported in the US so I can not exactly drop them off to the people that made them.

Opinions: HP Flight wheels...

What do you guys think of these? Is this brand reputable? I called the company and the 19s are currently on back order, but they can get a +40 et on the front and +45 on the rear in 19x8 and 19x9.5 in hyperblack.
I also found a website that has them in stock and has these offsets too:
Front:19x8 ET38 $300.00 ea.
Rear:19x9.5 ET45 $310.00 ea.
I'm not sure how I feel about the lip on the rear, I think it's like 5"! and the front is 3 I think? I do want the lip, but I dunno...

Front and back wheels the same offset?

Just wondering. If it is that would be nice as if a company makes some replicas where there are say 20x11 in the correct offsets for the back, you could move the current backs 20x9 up to the fronts and use them.
Thoughts?
Anyone know of any companies that are thinking about doing replicas?

offset and handling, gurus needed

Hi all,
im currently running 18" wheels but id like to get some lighter 17" ce28s. my guards are all rolled and my rear bumper has been trimmed, so i am able to fit some quite aggressive offset (rear wheels atm are 18 x 9 + 42, fronts are 18 x 7.5 +45).
the wheels im looking at are 17 x 7.5 +43 front and 17 x 8.5 +40 rears.
Question is how will running lower than stock offsets affect handling? are there any adverse effects?
by running lower offset wheels, arnt i effectively widening the track of...

Hey guys...new to acurazine forums, but not new to the game. One thing i don't know much about is offsets. I have a Black 06 TL 5AT. I've come down to 2 different sets of wheels that I want:

Need A Second Opinion And Help With Offset

Need a second opinion on these wheels, Work Gnosis GS1s been looking at these for awhile now what do you think?? I will be getting them in 19x8 +45 offset i know this is the ideal offset for these wheels, but can i get away with something a little more agressive like a +40 or +42 offset without any rubbing issues, also would be great if there are owners out there with WORK wheels on there cars already your opinion and help would be much appreciated Thanks

Hey guys, just wondering what do you think about these wheels?
I'm a total noob when it comes to offsets, the wheels are 17x8 +40 offset, would these fit on the lude? I'm planning to drop the car as low as possible on my Koni+GC setup and im just wondering if these are too wide. What sort of tyres should i run?
And also does anyone have a pictures of preludes with these wheels or similar?
