From the information I gathered this workout program seems primarily designed for strength progression only, but has anyone experience mass gains as well? I am currently on TBT by Chad Waterbury, but I was thinking about switching to a program that is both strength and mass oriented.

I just got this idea from my previous thread, but if you were starting an NBA team and for some reason wanted to lose every game, who are the worst five players you would start at each position.
