1. Best Cross String that holds tension   (14 Jun 2009)
Whats a cheap string for the crosses that holds tension. I'm looking for some type of string to cross with my mains which are usually luxilon or pacifc poly force. I'm looking to buy a reel of that string if possible. I've heard of gosen micro og but i heard the tension drops like crazy. It drives me nuts when i could hit baseline, but in another week with the same power, the ball flies way out. Any ideas? i'm thinking about syn gut multifilament to make it easy on my arms.

3. Should Rubber Ritchie agree to fight me, no holds barred?   (15 Jun 2009)
So, I was recently on holiday in Wales accompanied by my partner Nikki, Martin 'the pain proof man' Cole, Ritchie, and his wife Rosie. We talk, ate, laughed, swam in the freezing sea and more. We also chatted wrestling and UFC a bit. Ritchie has a solid martial arts background, and I suggested that we should fight, no holds barred, in order to decide once and for all who the best Vegan entertainer was (at least who the best Vegan entertainer was in Abersoch on that cold windy May afternoon). To...

4. What holds you back?   (04 May 2009)
If you dissect your archery, what is it that stops you from attaining perfection? If someone wants to put "Because my arrows don't go exactly where I want them to" or some variation, yes, we know that. Thanks for your predictable and unoriginal reply that will doubtlessly contribute to your rep in ways you didn't want. What particular skill would you like to have more of that would take you to your potential? Here's a chance to think about what you want. Have you ever thought about it before? We...

5. What Do You Do That Holds You Back?   (26 May 2009)
I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I'm curious to see what other's might say. Most of the time I'm pretty laid back, a 'don't sweat the small stuff' kind of person. I'm the first one to laugh at myself because I hate taking myself too seriously. I can be very philosophical, I'm curious about just about everything, and I generally see things from a pretty broad point of view. Most of my friends come to me to vent or for advice, which is cool, but I spend a lot of time hearing about ot...

7. Orient fans have painful Hearnia to think about   (08 Jun 2009)
Just spent much of my afternoon writing a column for the Orient rivals site. I usually do "Match Previews" but have come up with this fairly emotional piece. Quote: : After fourteen years in charge we look back on Barry Hearn's rein as Orient chairman and look ahead to the future and discuss what that holds for Barry and most importantly, the club. Quote: : In 1995, Leyton Orient Football Club's one hundred and fourteen existence looked to be in jeopardy when chairman Tony Wood lost his coffee g...

8. what Muslims think about the Islamic writings?   (27 May 2009)
Quote: : 2. Illicit relationships are a form of ‘azaab-e-Ilaahi (Divine Punishment). Just as a person will be restless in hell-he will neither die nor live, similarly, after casting lustful glances, a person becomes involved in illicit fascinations and becomes restless and uneasy. He is completely deprived of a peaceful sleep. Both his secular and religious life is destroyed. Eventually he is admitted to an asylum. Today a large percentage of mental hospital patients are those who became insane...

9. Thinking about NC   (15 Jun 2009)
Hi ENA - I've gotten some good advice on here many times. I have been with my BF for 3 years. We have had some really rocky times - usually surrounding issues to do with his family - his ex wife and daughters. For the past 6 months things have improved considerably. We were getting along really well until it came to his daughters high school graduation this week. Family events always trigger fights between us. Usually when we get into fights, he always wants to make up right away and I'm the one...

10. Thinking about getting out of the Navy.   (14 Jun 2009)
Transferred back to a submarine from shore duty in March. I fully intended on re-enlisting and putting in another 10 years to retirement. I knew there were going to be parts of sea duty that would suck, so at first, they didn't bother me. Then we went underway for five weeks. I was single during my last sea tour and this time I'm married. I was not prepared for how much I was going to miss my wife. I keep thinking about how much 5 weeks sucked, then what's a six month deployment going to be like...
