Thinking about starting a non profit organization in MI. Need suggestions...

Hello all,
I am thinking of starting up a non profit organization in Michigan within the next few years. Being a veteran myself I want to help out fellow vets. My plan would involve me buying hunting land, with or without a cabin already there, if not I'll build one, and provide 2-3 day long or week long hunting and/or fishing trips to wounded war vets free of charge. Or vets in general who are not able to hunt or fish by themselves.
Again, I am just in the planning stage, but I have a few quest...

I find it earning me maximum profit compared to azoogle which I used previously until they started lacking in offers.

My company has been working on an online website which allows a user to upload their COA.iif, Profit & Loss Reports (csv), and Balance Sheet Reports(csv) (in order of how we ask user to upload).
The mapping we have setup, per INTUIT advice on phone, works beautifully / same for QB 2006-2009 any version, since COA and report files are same in all of those versions. I have a frame (large yeti 575) that could use a good home. It's in *decent* shape, and has a new RP23 and swingarm. Instead of dealing with mtbr classifieds, craigslist or ebay, I'm thinking about donating it and just taking the tax write-off and good karma as payment.
So, are there any non-profit groups in the Bay area that will take this frame?

Hello everyone !!!
My husband and I are both nurses and looking to take over an exisiting 6 patient assisted living facility. Wondered if anyone on this thread owned one.
We know you have to married to it. Not sure it will be worth it for us. We want to continue to work full-time, so we would have to hire CNAS to care for the patients. If anyone can give some genuine advice, we would welcome it with open arms !!!

Hey guys,
This is pretty much the 2nd website I've ever designed, so I'd like a range of opinions on it.
It's for the Australian Dyspraxia Association, a non-profit who provide support for families with children who suffer from the disorder.

Guest writer asks for 50% of profit...?!

I've been wondering what others think about the following issue that's been bouncing through my mind since a few days ago. I've had a talk with a friend of mine and asked if he would like to help my blog as a (guest)writer. He liked the idea, but wants 50% of any profits(if any are ever made that is) in the future. ~4 posts a week is what he offered. Now, to me, I probably shouldn't even consider this, as 4 posts doesn't seem like very much and he will only be writing content as opposed to marke...
