Thinking about working out with trainer

HI!! I"M JUDY I"M 53yrs old I'm thinking about working out with a trainer but I'm afraid she's going to kill me like Jillian on Biggest Loser LOL
Did any of you have to increase carbs in order to workout with a trainer ?
Did you get good results losing weight & toning
How many carbs/cal. can you have a day & still be in ketosis?
I don't mind adding healthy carbs as long as I start losing weight & toning my old flabby body

Over the past few months I've been playing quite a bit of basketball & tennis. In this economy, I'm sure many of you are watching how you spend your money. For me, it has come the time to buy new tennis shoes. The insoles in my shoes are razor thin.
I've played around with the idea of possibly buying a trainer to wear for both tennis & basketball. A couple shoes intrigue me: the Nike Zoom Tennis Trainer & the Kobe Trainer by Nike. Both shoes have a mid-cut & appear to have the right outsole for...

Having more than 1 trainer...

I am wondering what people's experiences have been riding with 2 different trainers at the same time. I am thinking about attending regular monthly/bimonthly lessons with a local dressage pro, and taking lessons during the weeks in between with the trainer who teaches where I board. If money and time were no concern, I would chose to train exclusively with the "pro". Anyone else have a similar arrangement? How does your primary trainer feel about it? Not sure how I should mention this arrangemen...

Opinions of the 4#1 as a FP trainer?

I'm considering the purchase of a 2.4Ghz 4G1B(metal upgrade) as my 1st FP heli. I was looking at the HBFP, but I really wanted to stick with Walkera products. Besides, the 4G1B uses the same 3.7v 1000mah lipos that my 5#10 does and I already have plenty of those. I've heard that a stock 4#1 is a bit underpowered. Is this true? I really don't have a problem with that because, after all, it is a trainer and I could always pursue a brushless upgrade later. My ultimate goal is to polish my FP skills...

Pokemon TRAINER Cosplays (aka the HUMAN characters)

There's an active Gijinka board and quite a few old Pokemon-related boards, but what about the human characters? So this board is just for the HUMAN characters of Pokemon from the anime and video games. Not the creature cosplays...there's a lot of those out there if you search for them, and some of them include trainers, but this board is for people like me who just want to focus on trainers.
And with that out of the way...
I'm thinking about a trainer cosplay in the near future. Perhaps of Luci...

Indoor trainer - 29er?

I'm thinking about buying an indoor trainer for those rainy days, and late nights when I just wanna burn some energy.
This is the bike I currently have (Singlespeed 29r)
Is the trainer going fit the 29" wheel? And is having a single speed going to cause any issues with a fluid trainer? (I assume not, since they seem to have wired remotes to adjust tension)

Which would be better for my health advice?
I reckon a female trainer is good because they kind of take an interest in the person you will become...a bit like putty in their hands...whereas as guys tend to be less interested.

difference between lux and trainer?

I have been thinking about getting a quality bolt action 22 for some time now. I really like the looks of the 452 trainer and the 452 lux, what is the difference between the 2? the lux has a 28" barrel and the trainer a 24" barrel. I would really like to buy an American made rifle, but, nothing in Savage really interests me, Marlin, maybe the 925, (I think that is the model) seems like Remington and Winchesters aren't made in the US anyhow. Just something about these 2 CZs that catch my eye. Not...

Trainers at smaller show

A couple of weeks ago, I went to a show and something really bothered me. There is a trainer in the area who brought a few horses (as in 5 or 6). Most are very nice horses that happen to be for sale or in training with them. This trainer has the reputation of taking on expensive but difficult horses.
Anyhow, the situation that bothered me wasn't that she had brought the horses or that Trainer was there. It was that Trainer spent a long, LONG time in the arena for several of her trips - as in if...
