thinking about a new carry .45 thinking about Kahr, need opinions

I recently handled a kahr .45 and really liked it, but I had a few issues. first I found the trigger gaurds shape to be a little uncomfortable(i can live with it though) and second I am nervous about it not having any external safty. those of you with a kahr do you carry with one in the chamber. Also I have never fired one, so what does every one think of how they shoot?
I am in the market cause Although I love my xd 45acp it is just too bulky and heavy for conceled carry for me. So far the Kahr...

We live in a 3200 square foot 2 level home. We have 3 units. For the past several years, we've used a window unit to help cool down the larger bedroom while allowing the AC unit to cool the other 2 bedrooms. I'm so tired of the noise of the window unit and the inconvenience of getting DH to install and remove it each season. Plus it can't be that energy effecient.
The AC unit is still functioning fine(it is about 9 years old) so I'm having a really hard time deciding to spend so much money. Toda...

I have recently stumbled upon a hefty real estate commission, and I think I want to treat myself to a new pistol..you know, as a reward to myself I'm liking the Pro Covert II and think it might be the one.

Well as you will know if you read my other thread, I thought I had found the perfect (or near anyway!) horse. However, I have now learnt a few more things about him - and would value your advice about whether to go ahead (luckily no money has changed hands yet).

Lexus is coming out with something called a passionate black interior...and i love it. here is an example
I have the red/black interior in my G8...so i was thinking about putting down the red carpet with black floor mats...and painting all the silver trim red, since the silver wipes off with your finger it makes sense. throw out some suggestions

Thinking About Buying This Car...Need Opinions

I'm interested in this 2002 Mustang GT as a daily driver, back and forth 2 miles to the bus stop each day, and on weekends. I know my Fox Bodies very well, but this is new territory for me.
What should I look for/look out for?
What's a decent price? I was thinking of offering $7500 if it looks good and drives good.
Any opinions or advice is greatly appreciated.

Thinking about a triumph street triple, need opinions

I'm thinking of getting a second bike, my needs are as follows:
-great looking bike
-around 12-15k
-decent gas mileage / 4.5 gallon tank minimum
-more used for commuting/hooligan bike-ish / standard layout bike
-looking for comfort but with good handling / agility
-hopefully pretty light, from 360-410ish lbs

Thinking about selling my C6 Corvette Z06 for a 348...

So I don't think I can wait to get into a Ferrari any longer but wanna stay within a budget. The 348 seems to be the only Ferrari that does but I am afraid I will lose the excitement I get from my Z06. Will the 348 disappoint performance wise compared to the Z06? I know we're comparing apples to oranges but I need your opinions

I'm 21 years old, 22 at the end of the year. I graduated high school in 2005 and I still live with my parents, go to a local community college, and have exactly half of my transfer classes I need to transfer to a UC or Cal State or something.. or somewhere else..? I just feel lost. I first wanted to do Pharmacy, but it's way too much work for me especially because I absolutely hate chemistry/biology. I just can't see myself doing that for the rest of my life, yeah the money's good but I won't be...

Thinking about a new TS

I currently have a 20 year old Craftsman contractor saw. I only do hobby work but do build nice furniture type projects. I have been considering a new saw and think the Grizzly G0478 may be what I need. It's their hybrid, 2 HP cabinet saw.
I know I've come to the right place for opinions so let me know what you think. The price on it right now is $850 + $89 shipping and is at the upper limit of what I feel I can spend.
