so, me and my best home rick were chillin and talkin about bullshit, and we came across the idea of brewing some cheap homebrew just for beerpong purposes. this conversion then shifted direction. why make cheap swill..when we could just make cheaper versions of good craft brews. lower ABV for longer game play....less body to be less filling (since ur generaly chugging it down) and all in all it ends up being cheaper!

Beer can turkey idea

I'm thinking of doing a beer can turkey. My plan is to use a Fosters "oil can", but no beer. instead, a mix of cranberry and orange juice, with black pepper and fresh herbs. Inject the turkey with the same, rub with S/P cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
Grill indirect with a target temp of 325. Then at the end glaze with a cranberry orange honey sauce. I'm thinking about a 12lbs bird.
How long do you think this will need to be on the grill? (ballpark, I know cook to temp)

So I am the lucky recipient of a ton of free time this weekend, and am now thinking about riding OLH & Kings. Depending on the time of start, and the pace, I am thinking of topping off the ride with a stop at this coffee shop near Robert's Market for coffee and pastry. Beer just isn't what it used to be! Most of the Japanese brands are
actually brewed in the US, or Canada!
I would imagine the "Newcastle" that Hamster is thinking about
getting, really comes from Canada, instead of the UK?
Mostly because of shipping costs, it's a lot cheaper to brew the beer
as close to the actual market. and consumers don't seem to notice the
difference.....

Thinking about Lowrance 527 DF, Transducer mounting?

I know that the transducer mounting is the most critical part of a new fish finder install. I have an 89 Starcraft V hull. The install says that the center line should be at the lower edge of the bottom of the hull.
Is it true that if it is a clockwise prop you should mount it on the starboard side? I read this once and my current transducer is mounted on the starboard side.
Any other installation tips that I should know about before mounting the transducer?
