1. What do you think about Ka Bars?   (07 Nov 2008)
What do you think about Ka Bars? So I got one off of the internet and I like it a lot. I got the model 1211, the black Kraton G handle with the 7 inch blade. I will use it for camping and hiking. Of course I am relatively new when it comes to nicer knives, and every review of the knife I could find described it as "razor sharp, never gets dull, indestructible etc". There were a lot of people who described it as never getting dull. So I figured that that was the non knife guru opinion, so I am wo...

2. Opinions on bladed cloak?   (02 Nov 2008)
Well, I was thinking about various weapon types the other day and my mind kept wandering off to a battle cloak. Now, to verify, I mean a normal large cloak with sharp teeth or blades that line the bottom edge. The way my friends and I had figured it's stats Bladed Cloak Light 1d4 crit 20/x2 Exotic and also that it did not add anything to damage due to the fact that only a certain amount of force could be put behind it. Personally, I disagreed and said that the str mod could be added but the DM i...

3. Selling Blades as Dedicated - opinions?   (13 Oct 2008)
Does anyone sell (lease/rent etc) individual Blades as dedicated servers? I'm planning to branch into more rack dense colo services and wondered what the WHT opinion on this matter is. The way I see it, blades offer more redundancy, quicker provisioning and replacement in cases of failure, and lower costs, all of which would be passed to the customers. I would of course fully disclose the fact that they are blades, just wondering if it would matter to any buyers.. Comments?

4. Opinions on Epee Blade Please   (10 Nov 2008)
Opinions on Epee Blade Please I apologize in advance for launching another epee thread, but my question doesn't quite fit into the previous entries. I am considering buying a new electric epee for Christmas. I've got a dry/steam epee I've been using at club (where for better and worse we still go at it dry). It's a standard Leon Paul, and I have been in love with it since I got it. That being said, I'm looking to go slightly upmarket in the event I want to do local tourneys. I've narrowed my cho...

8. Blade's effects   (23 Sep 2008)
Hi all, How many people use Blade's Realistic CFS2 Effects? I was thinking about adding this into the patch but if everyone is using different effects then I'll leave it out for everyone to make their own decision. So far almost everything in the patch changes only the visual appearance, and that's what I've been aiming for. But the ship DPs included in Blade's package make the ships harder to sink. I'm worried that this will affect missions and campaigns, especially the stock campaign. For exam...

9. the definitive Blade Runner?   (07 Oct 2008)
I've recently re-read Philip K. Dicks' novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and this has renewed my interest in the film Blade Runner which is loosely based on the book. I havent seen it for a few years, but I'm aware there are several versions. Anyone got any opinions on which version/directors cut etc is the best or maybe even the definitive version of the film? thanks

10. Blade Runner 2?!   (06 Oct 2008)
Blade Runner 2: Written By Someone Who Probably Needs A Slap September 30th, 2008 at 16:30 by Stuart Heritage Quote: : We’ve never met Travis Wright, but we imagine that he hates you - otherwise he wouldn’t be deliberately provoking you like this. You see, Travis Wright is one of the writers of Eagle Eye - the movie that’s top of the American box office despite looking like it was crapped out by a puppy with a gammy tummy - and for his next trick he says he’s working on a s-cript for Blade Runne...
