Hello all, I am currently going mad thinking about organising a bank account pre/post bankruptsy. I really need some help.
My main bank account is with Barclays (current/savings/advance/creditcrd), which is now one of my creditors to be included within my bankruptcy. I no longer use the Barclays account and for the last three months have used a super clean Lloyds TSB basic account. DH's family is huge on Dirty Santa, as they call it, Yankee Swap as most of you probably know it by.
Every year it gets crazier - someone always brings junk they have wrapped up from around their house and I usually end up with it, but it's all for fun. DH once got a giant cat statue, lol.

In everyday life we are faced with many different situations that can either be labeled as faith or knowledge.
Situation 1 - A busy mom is taking her daughter to a soccer game, on the way she passes over a bridge and encounters 250 other vehicles all driven by people she does not know.
