Hello. I'm a 21 y/o female college student today was my first time voting. I'm also black. Well, I got the booklet published by the league of women voters for my state studied it. I used it to help me make my decisions. I always told myself that I didn't want to belong to any political party b/c I should use my own heart mind think for myself. Even after long deliberation, I still wound up voting for all democrats even the propositions I voted democratically and didn't even realize it until I go...

Guys, I always know that democrats are different than Republicans, but I see more people who are intellectually smart and are democrats. They usually are open mind and more easy going than Republicans who are more rude, conservatives and sometimes even violent. Don't get me wrong, I see also intellectuals Republicans but they are very reserved, usually they are not pro-people. Tell me why do you think about all these stuff.

A Democratic politician finds himself in a bit of a tough spot with regard to the car bailout. His base absolutely expects him to vote for it with minimal or no concessions from the unions.

Ok, the majority of users on the forums are of a certain demographic, age income etc. The split US v Euro is about 50 to 45 and RoW the other 5%.
