1. RRFF Review - something to think about…   (10 Oct 2008)
This post is not going to make me the most popular bloke on here, but sharing opinions and providing information is the greater purpose of this website so I’ll have a crack. As an Ausfisher (with a background in science) I was at one of the recent RRFF meetings and was astonished with the way the DPI&F estimates of recreational catch and the varying estimates of the stock assessment (5 estimates ranging from conservative to less conservative) were immediately discounted as “fudged figures” and “...

2. What do you think about RE Degeneration?   (05 Dec 2008)
OK, so everyone here... I hope.. un.n knows that CAPCOM is going to release a new CG movie called Degeneration. I'll post here 3 of the links where you can watch the first 15 minutes of this movie! Now I want to know, what do you think about this? Did you like the other 3? What do you expect? Are you happy to know that at last we'll be watching a movie worth our time? Tell me ^-^ I'd like to know what do you expect about this new movie and what do you think about the last 3 with Milla Jovovich....

3. what do you think about long distance relationships?   (08 Nov 2008)
Can they work? Are they ever a good idea? Because there is this girl who I've known for years and we've always been friends but she lives in a different state. Recently, we've become insanely close and I try to date other girls, but i end up always thinking of her and not being interested in anyone else. She just seems so cool and special and although we talk atleast a few times a week via the phone and a few times on line a week, too..it just isnt enough. I told her how I felt and she was dating...

4. Something to think about   (11 Nov 2008)
On Tue, 11 Nov 2008 02:50:48 GMT, MangoMan <aleseeker@OberstUbahnfhrer.com From Dan Denning at the Old Hat Factory: --"Shares may slip as U.S. mood gets darker," reports Allison Jackson in today's Australian. Indeed. We've had some dark days in the last year here at the Old Hat Factory. But for whatever reason, today is one of the darkest that we can recall. --Here's a warning. Today's Daily Reckoning is largely about the growing tension between individual liberty and the coercive powe...

5. What do you think about this letter?   (18 Nov 2008)
Transunion, There is a Bally Total Fitness account on my credit report thats being reported as 120 days late. This is invalid. That account should have been canceled once I moved from within 50 miles of a Ballys Fitness. I DID move from my xxx Exxth St Address on Jan 28th 2008. This is when I moved down south to xxx, xx, to take a new job at . I moved I did not change my address because I did not have a permanent residence as of then. I moved into a hotel(paid for by my company) for 2 months, th...

6. What do you think about Child Protection Agencies   (11 Oct 2008)
Do you think they work efficiently enough? On the one hand, we get cases and cases of chidl abuse and neglect that goes unnoticed and nothing is done about it. I have seen one of those cases with my own eyes, where abuse was going on, but Child Protection did not step in (or maybe were not notified??I don't know much about it). On the other, I've known cases where a perfectly normal mother or couple have being basically harassed because one of the workers obviously thought something was wrong wh...

7. QRich still thinks about 04-05 Suns   (15 Dec 2008)
After all these years, Quentin Richardson is expected to play Monday against the Suns in Phoenix for the first time since he was traded for Kurt Thomas after the 2004-05 season. You may recall that team started the season 31-4 en route to an NBA-best 62-20 record - despite having the youngest roster in the league. Almost immediately, the Suns began tinkering with that club, trading Richardson and then sending Joe Johnson to Atlanta in a sign-and-trade. Some deals made sense at the time. Some did...

8. Something we should all think about   (06 Nov 2008)
As most of you know I am not a President Bush fan, nor have I ever been, but this is not about Bush, it is about us, as Americans, and it seems to hit the mark. The other day I was reading Newsweek magazine and came across some Poll data I found rather hard to believe. It must be true given the source, right? The Newsweek poll alleges that 67 percent of Americans are unhappy with the direction the country is headed and 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the President. I...

9. What I can't stop thinking about...   (12 Nov 2008)
After reading the preview for issue 19, I've come up with a possible scenario. We've all been contemplating what DW meant when she said "the most important thing about death isn't who dies, it's who kills them", right? Now granted, I don't have much to go off of for my hypothesis I'm about to present, just a few bits and pieces and what I've read of issue 19. What if the reason Willow is immortal and dark is because she was the one that killed Twilight? What if the reason why the slayer line die...
