Thinking About Xfx 260gtx Black Edition

But are my specs good enough? (in my profile). I'll also add 2gb more memory, and I'll probably experience bottlenecking for sure, but I don't really want to spend money upgrading my hardware other than an extra stick of memory and a new video card. I just want the best for my buck and to last me a good while before the next time I upgrade (probably build a whole new computer). Thanks!

Thinking about Brother CE5000 Anyone have one?

It's the Project Runway edition. Now I don't really care that it's Project Runway, it just seems to have all of the things I'm looking for in a new machine; several 1 push stitch options, 1 step button hole, and easy threading/bobbing.
And it's only $139.. I know sometimes you get what you pay for, so I'm asking opinions on this machine.

What Do You Think About Obama Being Elected And Our Upcoming Election

Well i know this could well be a controversial subject for some, but lets keep it civil, I for one am quite excited by the election of Barrack Obama, i think it is time for a change, and am optimistic that only good will come of it, i have yet to hear how Obama will consider the fair deal trade that Mccain was a 100 per cent behind for NZ, so am hoping Obama will follow suit.
As for our upcoming elections, the american election may well reflect on voters here , thats for sure, they may also thin...

Audio issues for editing to think about.

Hello,
I have a 30 minute docu-drama I am in need of editing. I hope to have it put on a DVD alongside other shorts looking at the theme, of the Berlin Wall.
I have found a suite which is very close to me and it has the following audio system:
"Full 5.1 suite using Soundscape and Cubase with a Fostex 24 track tied in through a Mackie DXB 72 channel console"
I am not too bothered about a 5.1 edit to be honest.
However there needs to be a lot of voice over work completed. Is this system suitable f...
