What do you think about a European Closed League?

Imagine a European League, with the best teams (Big Four, Real Madrid, Barça, Milan, Juventus, Bayern Munich, etc).
Will it be a good idea?
For one part is a good idea; the 70% of the fans of football are fans of the Big clubs, and a league with the best teams facing themselves is awesome.
But for other part this Closed League would kill all the non-participating clubs.
What do you think?

As you know Unitary Turkish Republic is a weird country.
Majority of population is muslim and the state is very different than the other muslim countries - Secularism, Roma-Germen Law system,Democracy, NATO, pro-American politics etc
In addition, Turkey is a close ally of the United States since Turkish Ottoman Empire collapse.
Its geographic place like a bridge because Turkey is a both European and Asian country.
What do you think about its European Union membership ?

Is a manufactory basically worth a province which makes either 66 or 72 ducats a year, but which doesn't add to your tech or stability cost? ...but no annual census ducats (mint free treasury ducats)?
In 3.1 (and 3.2 beta), I can demand 2500 ducats (at 100% war score) from small European minors. This used to only be possible to do if you got 100% war score against New World and African countries.

Marques Colston's European Vacation

So last week I think about 77% of pollsters started Colston. Oops. Of course, based on comments a large % of those sitting him started Cotchery. Double oops.

Help with choosing a European car seat?

I have already started a thread on air travel here, but we are also at the moment trying to make a choice about which car seat to transfer our six-month-old into as he is about to outgrow his infant seat, so here I am again...
Our son is just about 9 kg now and around 73 cm tall, so though he still fits into his infant seat his long legs are starting to get a bit cramped and in no time I expect his head to reach the top of the seat, so it is time to start thinking about his next seat.

A quick question. I'm thinking about buying Il-2 Sturmovik 1946. I have most of the other Il-2 segments. Does 1946 include their Europe series (Combat Over Europe)? If it doesn't, does it have enough European Theatre action (w/ American planes) to make it worthwhile?
