Hey guys, bit of a lurker here but, I finished my Marui 1911 with a Nova SFA kit, it looks great and the fit of the gun was awesome.
here's some pics:
So after finishing the install I noticed that the low light dots on the i guess they would be novak-style sights are not painted. what colour and paint would you guys use to paint them?
How do you guys feel about the two tone black controls on the silver gun?
Suggestions on some grips? i was thinking these

Watcher of the Resolve Path: What Are Your Opinions/Tips? I've been talking with another minstrel in my kin and I think we are both a little curious about the Watcher of the Resolve (AKA "healing path") for minstrels. But other than giving a 10% bonus to healing and people saying, "it's no good." I really don't know a lot about it. Maybe now that minstrels have had more time to adjust to the Moria changes, I was wondering if this path has changed favor.

So, what do people think of the Singleplayer campaign? Too short/too long, tank controls, enemy AI, forced cinematics/storyline, etc, etc? Having just finished it myself, here's what comes to mind:
- I'll echo what others said about the tanks...the controls were annoying at first, and I never really got totally used to...

Okay, so I'm looking for a Les Paul. It's come down to this
Do I buy a Les Paul Studio (about 1400 CAD) and pimp it out the way I want it (within possible reason), or do I build a Les Paul?

Decor Opinions Please (Trailer Stuff)...

I'm FINALLY getting closer to finished with the trailer conversion (sort of - if I would quit tearing stuff out and starting over LOL!!).
After making it functional for WBR in Glen Rose last MAY, I completely quit working on it. I was too busy & it was too hot to WORK on it.
I rebuilt & refaced all my cabinets so that now all I need are the damn doors (I'm excited about my design, but dread making them) & the trim for them.

So the history of what I have is a TRP, Les Baer Super Tac 1.5, and Les Baer Custom Carry 1.5 tweaked by Harrison.
I have had an issue with considering a sub 5 inch 1911 since it was not the original design but it seems like people love the Kobra Carry and it is about the only gun of its kind I can get in California. I love the look of it but have never held a bob tail so am not sure what to expect with that. The but of the MS housing presses firmly into my palm so I am not sure what to expect w...

Two artifacts I'd like opinions on.

These are two artifacts I've come up with, and I'd like opinions on them. My ST has already approved the sword, and he approved the power concept of the armor (when it was being brainstormed for the sword's schtick), as being okay in theory.
I'd like general opinions on them; opinions on the power, on the backgrounds, on the write-ups... I'm afraid they may be wordy, but at least I did my best to make the story of them a good read. ^_^

Considering going back to school, need some opinions

Hello,
I'll give you some back story before I go into what I want to do and why.
I'm currently 24, turning 25 this month. When I got out of high school, I didn't know what I wanted to do, so I went and worked some construction jobs and saved up for when I did know. Three years after graduating high school, I decided to go to a "Technical Institution" here in Canada and took a 2-year Networking Diploma course. I've since finished this course, and been out of school for a little over 2 years now....
