Anyone watch MMA? Faber is one of the best fighters in the world pound for pound and he got caught tonight. Tried to sneak in an elbow and got wrecked, rare mistake for that kid.
I expected Kimbo to get knocked out (actually choked out is more what I thought) but this is unexpected.
If Couture loses to Lesnar I won't know what to think about MMA but I see Lesnar as a Kimbo type of shooting star with no staying power.

I noticed I havn't met anyone on sythe so far that likes escape the fate? anyone here like escape the fate? I think they are a decent band depending on what type of music you like. I don't listen to them as much as I used to, but just throw in your opinions.

We're reading Fahrenheit 451 in class right now. And we are talking about how the book has quite a few similarities to society today.
I was wondering your thoughts about it. How similar are we to being like the book? I think we are fairly close. I know we don't burn books in our society, but people barely ever read. People like to not do anything with their lives, just sit, watch TV. They don't bother reading, it's not exciting enough for them.

Anchors acting like experts. They have about 3 or 4 anchors from 11am to 2pm. Kudlow and Melissa Francis were really annoying today. They have reporters and guests that are not allowed to give an answer without an interuption or two or three etc...
What is the point of having outside guests talk about the issues or even their own reporters. I don't mind Kudlow's opinions..have a basis in economics but I don't need to hear ONLY his view of the economy every single day!!
