1. What Do you Guys think about these settings?   (10 Nov 2008)
BFE is currently trying to figure out how to set up the mod to run Call of Duty:World at War. Many seem to want to take Sprint Away which I find to be silly. They claim they want Slower Gameplay, so I made a list of rules/settings/adjustments that I feel would make this game, in a tournament/competition, much better. What do you guys think about my views? Sprinting Lets think about this for a second. For those who say Sprinting = Off. Sorry, this isn't COD2 or whatever, this is a whole new game....

2. Something to think about   (11 Sep 2008)
This is a matter of opinion and opinions are like (well you know) everybody has one. This has been around before but bears being read again It is still a very solemn piece. If after reading this email you d isagree, Please, no need to reply back to me. Your opinion is yours and that's fine, just delete it. A lot of Americans have become so insulated from reality that they imagine that America can suffer defeat without any inconvenience to themselves. Pause a moment, reflect back. These events ar...

3. the current sorry state of modern unbelief - Campus   (07 Sep 2008)
The following is an original piece by the author who retains copyright ownership of this piece, and this is intended to provoke discussion and thought. Growing up as a young Christian I never fully knew who Madalyn Murray O’Hair was, but to me she always represented a very angry woman who would rip a cross off its wall and burn it if she got the opportunity. Among conservatives she gained the reputation as “the most hated woman in America,” but to skeptics she was lauded as one who would strike...

4. Something I've been thinking about the trifix   (17 Sep 2008)
and connecting it all together. Well... I don't know how to gather my words (since I haven't done so... or at least my thoughts), but I guess I'll try. And I think I finally understood something. Ok, this will bring back up the subject of id, ego and superego though. At any rate, I've been wondering how each has an effect over the other, or if each has an effect over the other. As well as how a type is created and stuff. I find it pretty interesting, of course. Umm... well, perhaps I should star...

5. Sorry, Chris Buckley, You're No Longer A Conservative   (11 Oct 2008)
I was perturbed, but not particularly surprised by Christopher Buckley's recent article entitled “Sorry, Dad, I'm Voting for Obama”. Every long-lived political movement has an elite, and these blue bloods have a propensity to mock the underlings whilst sipping on fine chardonnay in the country club restaurant between servings of oysters and lobster. Obama, with his Harvard degree and his Hyde Park address, has much more in common with them than he does with Sarah Palin or John McCain. As such, B...

6. Trip report! its long- sorry   (27 Oct 2008)
Sorry it took me so long to post this! We stayed one night in Papeete, 3 in Moorea and 6 in Bora Bora. I'll start from the beginning. We left PA on Monday the 29th Me, my husband, our two children aged 5 and 3, my mother and stepfather. We used miles from the American Airlines deal for this trip. Our flight left JFK at 5pm, so we didn’t have to rush to get to the airport so early in the morning. We had a shuttle van take us there. I could barely contain my excitement when I saw the wing tip of t...

7. Employee retaliating with false claims   (01 Nov 2008)
Recently had an employee quit because they wanted preferential treatment over other employees because they felt they had a friendship with me? I consistently informed that employee I could not treat them no different and they decided to resign. When the employee resigns, they thought I would beg them to stay. That employee had no idea that when I took over the team, I was told they were a problem for many managers and caused other managers to be fired by "stabbing them in the back". I always bel...

8. Ford VS Toyota   (07 Nov 2008)
My niece sent this. Do any of you know the origin and the truthfulness of the last paragraph? A little lightness? It's been around, many variations, but it's too good not to forward. I'm sorry I don't know the author but I'm sure one of you is going to tell me before my first cup of coffee tomorrow! A Japanese company ( Toyota ) and an American company (Ford) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River. Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance before the race. On...

9. Think about it please   (24 Aug 2008)
ok...i'll say that the stuff at the end of this is a little "out there" since i am not an overly religeous kind of guy, but the rest of the stuff rings pretty true. please read. Pause a moment, reflect back. These events are actual events from history. They really happened!!! Do you remember? 1. 1968 Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed by Muslim male extremist between the ages of 17 and 40. 2. In 1972 at the Munich Olympics, athletes were kidnapped and massacred by Muslim male extremists between t...

10. Ramifications of American responce to WW2 (+WW1)   (04 Oct 2008)
Split from UN - Islam thread, please continue WW2 discussion here; - j7 Quote: : Nihil When the UN makes a resolution, a warning, and they don't back that up when it's broken that makes the resolutions in my opinion not mean so much. Perhaps that is because, as mentioned previously, that when they can't even influence one of their most important members, they lack the resolve/strength to get anything actual done? Quote: : Nihil Sorry I didn't respond last night. Some of us have to go to bed to g...
