Benefits of Using Flash on Mac / OSX

I'm getting ready to do a workshop for Apple and wanted to get some opinions form anyone that's using Flash on a Mac. This isn't a Mac vs. PC thread and I have nothing against PC peeps (I used one fore 8 years).
Q: Do you have any tips or tricks -or- absolute benefits of using a Mac & OSX combined with Flash (CS3+). You can get as simple as workflow with finder or as technical as terminal batching. I just want to know above and beyond my daily habits, what you all are doing specific to the Mac.s...

Alright guys....
I really wanna get into photography as a career. I know its really hard to get into and pay is shit. Because everyone can be a photographer nowdays with cheap point and shoot cameras. I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, or could someone take me along on a shoot to help build up my portfolio.
I worked in a photo lab for about a year. Untill the place closed down and owner moved. We did all the fotos for the local football clubs and netball teams....

Actually, I think that might be the best one. It look's really good. It's really a preference and opinion so I can't really say it's the best.
But, I like it, and it's not too high of a price. I'd say that's the best. Also, since it's really a user's preference, why not search Google to see what pops up first(which TextEff did :-P) Here's what I searched though "best text effect tool for flash cs3". And, like I said, the TextEff was at the top of the list.

Hi, my name is Scott Rudy and I am new to Layers Magazine and new to the forum. Hi,
I used to be a lot more knowledgeable about computers, and then I bought one and now, 5 years later, my knowledge is far outdated.
Anyways,
I am getting in to graphic design and digital media and considering possibly getting into the field as a long term career. With the release of Vista and Adobe CS3 (4 Coming soon!) my old computer simply does not do the trick anymore. So I need to get a new computer. I would both consider building my own and buying from a corporation.
Right now I am torn...
