ok right now im a freshman. 5'10-5'11 and 142 lbs. and im thinking about going out for football next year
i was looking for advice and tips and what to expect
i also have next to no football knowledge. i mean, i know about downs and yards and all that stuff. however i dont know ALL the positions and i have no idea what position i should try out for.
right now im benching 115 and squating 185 for reps. i know im weak =/
please help

I would hope after this last weekend that at the very worst, the papers don't put out a top 25 poll until after week 5 or hopefully till week 8 next year. 7 top25 teams lost this last weekend, including 3 in the top 5:
1. USC
3. Georgia (who started the season #1)
4. Florida
9. Wisconsin
16. Wake Forest
20. Clemson
23. East Carolina

Hey All-
In the U.S., I believe we are headed for a dark recession/possible depression even with the recent "bailout" bill. I think that bill is merely a "large finger" which will plug one leaky hole in the Dam of the U.S. Economy, metaphorically-speaking. No matter who wins the Prez election, dark times are coming, and I want to "consolidate my finances" to be in a better position to "ride this bitch" out...so to speak.
Has anyone been living a non-cable TV lifestyle? Does it "get old" watching...
