Hi all, i've changed my mind about a rulong, as there uber-short. now im stuck on what frame to get, both around the same price, and length, just wondering whats your opinion? Czar or Gu?

GU and lockers + exhaust

Hi all Got a 2000 model patrol any advise about Lockers. I am thinking about an ARB com and locker. if i only put one on for now which one would you do first. Does any one have a preference over one to another?
And buy chance does any one know any one that can bend a 3" exhaust in SA.

I have mixed emotions. I am really excited they have the old stars like Ruth and Cobb, but that just means more gu and less autos in your packs. I am not really down for paying $250 a box for a bunch of gu cards. They also still have alot of commons. I don't want to pay that much and get Jim Palmer, or Sandberg. What are your thoughts?

Ok, in your opinions, which surgical specialty involves the most medicine (other than transplants)? I was thinking maybe ENT or GU maybe?

Can you change, or train, a sour stomach?

I think my big limiter for me is a sour stomach. Once I get into any type of endurance, my stomach is my biggest problem. I tend to stick with gu's cause it's the only thing I can handle. During my HIM last year, I definilty did not get enough calories and during my 4:38 marathon this year, I could only muster 4 gu's during the whole race. I think if I could manage to get some more calories in, it would be better for me. But I almost threw up my last gu and had to force it down.

Of ads and ad blockers.

Recently one of the GU faithful sent me a PM to ask about the impact of ad blockers on GU's revenue stream. This was actually a welcomed change to the usual, as people typically just install ad blockers without thinking about what it could be doing to their favorite sites.
The truth for GU is that over 99% of my revenue comes from ad placement. The other less than 1% is from commissioned work (unrelated to ad sales), t-shirt and store sales. And like I was explaining to the reader, we get advert...

So a few months ago, one of the companies that were going to be advertising on GU commissioned some artwork for WAR ads directed at GU readers specifically. I did the work, and I know what they were expecting. Previous ads that I did the artwork for far out-performed other ads in the same campaign running on my site.
