Its been a hectic couple of days, and no time to post (which is a good thing)..As you know, my trip starts with a fabulous arrival with Nick and Thalia setting the tone of famous Greek hospitality...off to Mykonos and a great stay for a couple of days, great to reconnect with an old friend there, and enjoy a kinder, gentler time in Mykonos.. late September..perfect! Hi all,
Firstly, this is my first post on FlyerTalk. I've been snooping for a while (mostly in this section) and haven't really had a need to post until now. The Greek Islands are doing my head in and the more I look the more indecisive I become!
We're looking at late May. We've got flights booked to Europe (our agent got a great J fare on EK) and we'll be finishing in Greece. So far we're looking at doing five nights Athens, three Kyllini and three Nafplion. After that we'll head to the islands...

cant help thinking about this but greeksare first to mention other nationalities and deseases they get... ive never seen or heard a greek mentioning wot they have or other greeks have other than the heart attack or colesterole or sugar problems!!!

my boyfriend of 5 years proposed in santorini a couple of weeks ago
our families are very happy as are we.
im from a greek background and my fiancee is from a true country australian family
we are more than likely going to marry in the catholic church and i have no problem with this.
the only thing i want is greek music and a traditional greek wedding reception
my fiancee loves greek weddings and is even going to learn some greek dance moves for the big day, im just thinking about...

Hi All,
I'm down in Melbourne for the Cup Carnival with a few friends and wanted some opinions for the better Greek restaurants to go to in the Melbourne CBD.
I've been to Stalactites on Lonsdale and was impressed with what I saw, but am looking for a few to add to the list.
Any suggestions?

watched the funny Weapon MAster show on mil channel where the challenge was to recreate the greek fire 'flamethower'.
seems the guys got hung up on the flame thrower aspect.
wouldnt it be better to pump your fluid out, unignited, to get a longer range?
looked like they were only getting 1/2 to 2/3s of max range for the pumps they were using.
and just think about the increased terror factor. you are on a wooden ship and sudenly you are splatered/covered in this foul goop that you KNOW is going to...

Greek Clinics sucks

After doing my research i get some opinions from top Docs like Hasson & Wong - Armani Etc
Most of them told me about 5-7.000 grafts to have a good result as i am a nw4-5
After that i decided to go to greek clinics to get some opinion as i live here.What i get was a messy situation with clinics trying to take advantage other peoples problem.Most of them told me i need 1000 to 2000 grafts lol the results they give is so pure and the scars are ugly from what i saw on various patient. Even the Best...

Well... I don't know how to gather my words (since I haven't done so... or at least my thoughts), but I guess I'll try. And I think I finally understood something.
Ok, this will bring back up the subject of id, ego and superego though.
At any rate, I've been wondering how each has an effect over the other, or if each has an effect over the other. As well as how a type is created and stuff.
I find it pretty interesting, of course.

What do you think about the Christian Riots in Israel?

Today on the news, I saw a video of riots between Greek Orthodox and Armenian Orthodox priests. The Armenians were trying to celebrate the cross they believe that Jesus was crucified on. The Greeks were mad that they were not included in the celebration. If you see the video, it was EXTREME violence and one of the priests even flew in the air like he was demon possessed. Actually they ALL look possessed. It was very strange to see. I have to say that watching it made my heart so sad and feeling...
