Bought some CAT boots and they have completely fucked up my heel

Bought some CAT boots and they have completely fucked up my heel What can be done about this? Will they wear in and stop doing this to my heel? Can't take them back because I wore them out last night and scuffed them up lol. There's a proper nasty red patch on both of my heels now and i've had to peel off some skin.
Had to take them off and walk about 10 minutes home in my socks last night

Dobles opinion of re-painting the frame/heel plates

Clearly there is an issue with the terrible paint on the stock CB. I have 2k miles on my bike and the left side of the frame is down to bare metal and the heel plates are in very poor condition.
In your opinion guys, what, if anything are honda likely to do if I kick up a stink about his? Steve (really helpfull sales guy at Chiswick) has said to bring it in and if they consider it a 'defect' rather than just 'wear and tear', then perhaps Honda would move to correct it under warrenty.

These are not great pictures, but they show you what I am looking at in general.
This is a 6 year old Appendix QH mare that I am considering buying. She is doing light work currently, approximately 3 times a week in lessons, and a little jumping over X's...nothing big.
I quite like her and have settled on a price, pending vet check.
