1. Jesus couldn't of been white.. - Jesus couldn't of been white..   (03 Nov 2008)
Think about it, where he was from, and when he lived there You telling me either a) he was the only white man there, and was white because he was the son of god. b) just another example of believing what you want to believe.... even tho i am an athiest, i believe jesus existed (though obviously do not believe he was the son of god) But his existance was a sham, a lie, he preached, people believed, here we are 2000 years later worshiping an image of a white man when it is IMPOSSIBLE that jesus wa...

2. What do Muslims think about Jesus?   (26 Oct 2008)
On Sun, 26 Oct 2008 12:06:15 -0700 (PDT), "light.light" <light.light14@gmail.com What do Muslims think about Jesus? I know that my article is not related to this group ,but it might be useful. PLEASE read it What do Muslims think about Jesus? Muslims respect and revere Jesus (SAW) and await his Second Coming. They consider him one of the greatest of God’s messengers to mankind. A Muslim never refers to him simply as ‘Jesus’, but always adds the phrase ‘upon him be peace’. The Quran con...

3. The Brooding Jesus.   (27 Nov 2008)
Throughout the New Testement, Jesus continually makes stunning and shocking statements. He was Bold and cunning, controversal and intriging. And he constantly tested his disciples, something God will do to his comming annointed. Jesus intellect was superb, yet he had a darkside to him. Not a sinful side, but by Dark, I mean brooding and sullen. Somber and often ill-humored, hardly ever laughing, IF he ever Laughed. The Son of Light, humbled and transformed into a body of Flesh, yet his eternal m...

4. The Jesus Gap   (10 Dec 2008)
I heard my Christian wife tell the kids recently that the Adam and Eve story symbolically illustrates man's imperfection, so I started thinking about Jesus' supposed perfection. Aside from some questionable passages in the Bible (Jesus getting drunk, or when he cursed an innocent fig tree), there’s another large problem in proclaiming Jesus perfect – the huge gap in his life that the Bible speaks nothing about. Unless I’m incorrect, stories about Jesus end at age 12 and pick up at age 33. How do...

5. Was Jesus Gay?   (24 Dec 2008)
Now that we have settle the question of David's Gayness, or have we? here are some evidences indicating that Jesus could be Gay.   SUBMITTED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION In the Gospel of John, the disciple John frequently refers to himself in the third person as 'the disciple whom Jesus loved'."  One might argue that Jesus loved all of his followers in a non-sexual way. Thus to identify Jesus' love for John in a special way might indicate a sexual relationship. The disciple was "the" beloved. He was i...

6. Jesus In The Qur'an   (09 Nov 2008)
Shalom Aleikhem! I am a Jew who is very interested in Islam and I have begun to read the Qur'an quite seriously. I have a question regarding Jesus and his status in Islam... I hope this doesn't sound like a disrespectful question, but how important to being a Muslim is a belief in Jesus as a prophet? I was raised in a community that does not venerate Jesus at all (in fact, he has no place within Jewish theology whatsoever). Not only that, but I have also studied the Gospels at university and hav...

7. Dropping a JESUS BOMB   (15 Dec 2008)
Dropping a Jesus Bomb is my personal expression for inadvertent evangelization, or at least causing people to think about Jesus without being in their face. It can be dressed as a mild mannered form of humor or instruction or even a personal comment.Being a Carpenter, one of my favorite expressions when posed with a construction problem is the sound bite,"What would Jesus do?" This usually gets a chuckle from another carpenter. They usually say something like,"well,he built furniture", or,"he wou...

8. *** The Wedding of Jesus ***   (19 Oct 2008)
No, please, hold on unto the stones, and no throwing until you hear what I have researched. Besides, that's not my final word. I am still at it. But here's a partial submission for some second thoughts on the matter. Jesus was a Rabbi; and here are the proofs: Matthew 23:7; and John 1:38; 3:2. In many other instances, he would be addressed as Master which means the same. The point is that a Rabbi in Israel, just like senior Pastors among Protestants, had to be a married man or about to get marri...

9. If the white man can kill Jesus then the white man could kill Barack Obama...   (03 Nov 2008)
http://truthfirstnow.blogspot.com/ Quote: : If the white man can kill Jesus then the white man could kill Barack Obama Back in the spring of this year I was preparing to teach class when I noticed that one of my students looked despondent. He was normally upbeat with energy and with vibrant intelligence. "Are feeling alright, Tafari?" "Yes, teacher." But his eyes told me something else. He continued, "I was thinking of what we learned the other day about the great Africans who were struck down b...

10. Who decided Jesus was the messiah and why do people believe it?   (26 Oct 2008)
Who decided Jesus was the Messiah? If it is clear that he is in fact the Messiah mentioned in the OT why does Judaism say this is incorrect? If it is not clear why is Christianity so sure it is correct? These are some things that I have been thinking about. I was raised Catholic and two yrs ago moved to a predominantly Jewish area. I have to say that I am finding it hard to believe that with their level of understanding of the OT they would know if Jesus were the Messiah. Then i think that many...
