OT; thinking about RVing in Arizona;

Booking a RV trip for 10 days starting in Phoenix, Sadona, up through the Hopi Reservation, Lake Powell, down to the Grand Canyon..to Hoover Dam, and end in Las Vegas. Traveling with another family..each renting a 31 foot RV. Leaving the end of June for 10 days. Has anyone done this trip?
I need your advise. I am very nervous about the extreme heat. Is a waste of time in late June to do this kind of a trip? We have no experience with RV's. I bought the RVing for Dummies book...and several others...

Thinking about selling my 02 919

Has just below 15K miles on it now. I've put 7K miles on it since July, mostly commuting and one long weekend trip.
New Avon Sport Sts, Regina chain, mirrors, plugs, and a thorough goin thru at 11K miles.
Bike is stock with exception of K&N filter and velocity stack. I have the original air box cover though.
It's factory flat black, few small scratches:
One small scratch on tank next to seat, both side covers have small scratches that are hard to see unless you are looking for them... rear fende...

Hi again! Just thought I would see how all the July mommies are doing. I am due towards the end of July...I am 5 1/2 weeks. I have been a little tired but truth be told it's more of a lazy tired than a fall asleep standing up tired,lol. I have been sick on and off...it's never the same which makes me think maybe it's all in head,lol. I wasn't ever sick with DD and this time around I have been much more naueseated. Some days I feel great and other days I fell yucky in the mornings...is this...

Those of you who have traveled there, are the streets impossible for wheelchairs or crutches? Any information you can share will make our decision easier. I can walk but not far distances, I use crutches or wheelchair. We did travel to West Med last year and it worked out great, wasn't much of challenge. Again any information will be helpful

Folks, I've gotta get this off my chest. Let me start this conversation by saying that I love AnimeExpo. I look forward to it every year. But I do have one qualm.
MUST it fall on the 4th of July weekend?
Granted, there is no funner way to spend the weekend than at a huge anime convention. But my family simply isn't sold on it. Every year, I have to decide whether I spend the 4th of July celebrating with those I love, or up and leave to attend the con that I so look forward to. In two words, that...

thinking about switching our trip

I am thinking about switching our trip next year from july till Oct 29 -nov 15 so we can catch both the halloween and I think ( Christmas times at the parks). Again we have not been in over 10 years for the both of us adn with Halloween being my foavorite and Chritmas my moms favorite holidays we can get both. So I guess my question is for someone who has not been in such a long time do you think with al the other things going on for the holidays might be a little to much to take in for two peop...

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) -- A Michigan mother drove roughly 12 hours to Omaha, so she could abandon her 13-year-old son at a hospital under the state's unique safe-haven law, Nebraska officials said Monday.
The boy from the Detroit area is the second teenager from outside Nebraska and 18th child overall abandoned in the state since the law took effect in July.

Last time i saw Monwa was around July 4th. in Belize City. She took me to a very cool Chinese restaurant and we had a very good seafood dinner. She is a darling and a true sweet person, very pleasant girl and hard working lady.... Anyone heard anything from her, is she still having DJ-c*ockeye baby????

Thinking about Penfed CLI Request

I was thinking about asking for a CLI on my Penfed Rewards Card as I requested a $2k limit when I signed up on July 23rd, 2008. I also have the Visa Gold with a $5k limit.
I was hoping to at least match the 5k Visa Gold if not go a bit higher. I have been charging anywhere from $400-600/mo on the card since I got it and have PIF every month. I've also charged around 2.5k on the Visa gold since getting it and have PIF as well.
I have 3 INQs on Equifax currently, but also 3 new accounts since gett...

Tonight, I had to do a few errands. While filling up the car with gas, I noticed a tire needed some air in it. So, I waited to use the air machine and began to think how nice it would be if hubby could do this for me. It is now about 20 degrees colder than it was at lunch time, and windy, very windy and raining. And it looked to low to wait until morning.
