What do you think about Kings being baseline?

Blessing of Kings, for every spec taking this sacrifices something potentially more helpful to your role. In PvE does it really provide a great enough buff to make it a 5 point talent(fully specced). In PvP is it really worth the points considering the chance it will be dispelled? in Bg's the people you buff die so quickly it only provides a minor boost.
I know that special buffs are nice but this one really isn't worth the trouble.

Pretty much what the title says. I miss the fun peeps of Blacksky Company and I miss a bit of PvP now and then.
I also really miss my shammy. He was a blast. So tell me about the expansion. Cool stuff? What about enhancement shammies, they still kings of solo PvE? What do you really like about the expansion, and what do you hate about it?

OLH & Kings + Coffee/Pastry (or BEER) Ride

So I am the lucky recipient of a ton of free time this weekend, and am now thinking about riding OLH & Kings. Depending on the time of start, and the pace, I am thinking of topping off the ride with a stop at this coffee shop near Robert's Market for coffee and pastry. Or, if a later start takes place, maybe we can find a place for burger and beer?

Is area 400 meters southwest of Kings Cross station safe?

I'm thinking about staying in a rented flat about 400 meters southwest of Kings Cross station. It's in a Georgian house, looks like a quiet street. Is that area far enough into Bloomsbury to be safe, and will it be safe coming and going from Kings Cross station, sometimes in the evenings? Would it be better to use the buses than the tube? We've never been to London, and we're two women (51 and 21).

I have a trial in downtown LA. I know the earliest I am out of court is 430.
I call the wife at about 1230 during lunch and tell her "honey, I am here in LA all day anyway and the Kings are playing tonight. Rather than sitting in traffic back to OC for 2 and 1/2 hours, I am thinking about going to the Kings game."
Her response: "Have fun"

As most of you know, Crusader Kings is one of the best games that has ever been made . But the game and this forum lack a few things:
a) The manual, is totally outdated and never been really helpfull in learning the game
b) There is no, working, CK-wiki
c) The forum has no search function, which means that many questions are asked and asked again
d) The FAQ-section is outdated

Onion Valley to Kings Canyon and Back

Next year I need a good 20 mile hike for my Boy Scout Troop and I thought OV-KC (Roads End) fit the bill pretty well. It's 22 miles, looks to have a good climb before strolling downhill on a trail I know as well as my own sidewalk (the PCT to Roads End at least).
Before I take the boys, I need to try it myself of course so I thought I would do it in a week or so if DMATT can come through for me. Since my car will be back in OV and I won't have anyone to help out, I figure I'll have to hike on ba...

This is something Iv'e been waiting for since the Kings started falling apart after the Kings/Lakers rivalry was ending. That is the Kings being able to have a shot at a #1 pick. Now with us starting off with no wins, practically the worst team in the NBA, we need to KEEP thinking about the future now with our young core becoming our leaders now.
