Thinking About Joining A Clan Again - Level 109

Hi,
I used to lead a clan named 3x (The 3xtermination), for a good year and a half, but when it died in May of this year I decided to retire from rs.
Since the release of PvP I have been thinking about joining a clan where I can have some fun like I used to in the old wild, but not get overly caught up in the extremely long pk run ins or flaming between clans.
I don't have a ton of time on my hands, so I can probably attend one, maybe two scheduled events per week. Anything over that is probably...

I am an Independent voter, because I like to be unbiased when choosing a President. I grew up in Texas as a Christian and was fed all Republican beliefs, but I don't agree enough with that Party to be apart of it! To make a long story a friend of mine got offended when I commented on her status on myspace, which read...Today, I am going to vote for McCain! Well I got back my day 3 test.
FSH - 8.1
E2 - 34
LH - 3.7
From what I read these are pretty good for an almost 45 year old woman.
I am trying to get my AMH levels now.
I added DHEA to my supplement diet to help. Anyone else have success yet with this?

What Combat Level Do Consider A "high Level"?

So yea, title says it all. At what level do think an account becomes a high level and why.?
Many people think as they pass more levels they will consider a new high level, and it keeps going till they get the last combat level.
When I first joined, I thought 50 was high, then 70, 80, then 100. I used to make what I thought was high higher as I neared that combat myself. At 114 Combat, I'm starting to think 120 Combat is where you become a "high level" now though. :P

ensuring highest oxygen levels... expert opinions?

I wanted to ask a slightly theoretical question, but I think it's worth considering. How do you ensure that the tank water is saturated with as much oxygen as possible?
The general answer is "surface agitation," but I'm thinking specifically about whether or not a wet/dry filter offers yet more oxygen than agitating the heck out of a tank surface.
Here's an example: I have a 65 gallon tank, with a 3 foot length. Filtration is an Eheim 2217 and an AC 70. The entire upper surface is totally agitat...

So What do we Think About the Demo Nerf?

What's the general opinion on the Demo nerf? Now that his stickies can be broken apart by bullets, minefields aren't nearly so effective. A good Demo can still lay traps on the ceiling, but there's no doubt the power level went down a bit.

Level 60 Bow vs Level 59 Bow

I have two Legendary Bows, a lvl 59 bow and a lvl 60 bow, but I cannot decide which one to use, so I figured that I'd ask other people's opinions.
The lvl 59 bow has the following legacies:
Induction Crit
Focus Crit
Burn Hot Damage
Heartseeker Damage
The lvl 60 bow has:
Induction Bow Power Cost
-Ranged Skill Evade Chance
+Ranged Skill Evade Rating
Induction Crit
The lvl 60 bow is lvl 22, so it still has a (small) chance of picking up a Focus Crit at 30.
Do people think that giving up the Focus C...
