ensuring highest oxygen levels... expert opinions?

I wanted to ask a slightly theoretical question, but I think it's worth considering. How do you ensure that the tank water is saturated with as much oxygen as possible?
The general answer is "surface agitation," but I'm thinking specifically about whether or not a wet/dry filter offers yet more oxygen than agitating the heck out of a tank surface.
Here's an example: I have a 65 gallon tank, with a 3 foot length. Filtration is an Eheim 2217 and an AC 70. The entire upper surface is totally agitat...

What Combat Level Do Consider A "high Level"?

So yea, title says it all. At what level do think an account becomes a high level and why.?
Many people think as they pass more levels they will consider a new high level, and it keeps going till they get the last combat level.
When I first joined, I thought 50 was high, then 70, 80, then 100. I used to make what I thought was high higher as I neared that combat myself. At 114 Combat, I'm starting to think 120 Combat is where you become a "high level" now though. :P

opinions about my teacher starting me on southern style kung fu?

Ok, so I started a wushu class 2 weeks ago [wushu as in chinese martial arts in general, not the gymnastic-like stuff] At first my teacher started me on northern mantis, but when I went in yesterday and was practicing my mantis form my teacher came over and told me that he thinks I'm more suited for southern style kung fu, since I'm young [17] and might be able to do the jumps and such. I'm loathe to even think about switching to comcast due to all the BS
with the p2p blocking and unlimited but not really unlimited, but my
3Mb/s qwest connection is starting to really feel like dial up :)
well at least when it comes to things like Netflix streaming video and such.

Nitrate level in a planted tank

Hi all,
I've been having a little algae issue in my 20 long, so I've upped the water changes and lowered the photoperiod. In doing extra water changes, I got to thinking about "optimal" nitrate levels in a planted tank. Is there such a thing? If so, what is it?

Before anyone posts, this post is not about one sax or the other, please read carefully. I have played a tenor chineese Parker sax for about 8 months, i used a hr link 7 for three months, i just bought a stm 6. I'm really in love with the instrument, i try to play 2-3 hours per day, sometimes more, sometimes less...

Alu MB HD failure, need opinions

Looking for opinions here. The hard drive on my 2.4 Ghz Al MB failed yesterday after a whopping 2 weeks. Long story short, they're sending me a new drive to replace myself.
But that got me thinking....
Now that I have to replace the hard drive anyway, is it a good idea to spring the $100 and get a larger (400 or 500 GB) drive or a faster (7200 rpm) one? Any brands to avoid?
