anyone bowhunt for mountain lions?

i spend a considerable amount of time in utah every year and have seen quite a few lions on my parents property. i was thinking about setting up a stand on a deer run where i always see there tracks in the snow and taking one with a bow. any suggestions or tips? and what is the deal with cougar tags? lottery? or what do i need to do to get one?

I have written a piece on the structure of society which I intend to expand and for which I would very much like the opinion of other free-thinking enthusiasts. In the end I intend it to show how we got where we are and where we could be going. Any comments would be greatly appreciated but the things I am specifically looking for would be along these lines:
