I am thinking about listing some collector plates

They've been stored in the back bedroom closet where I had the rain damage. The rain did not get into the closet.
The boxes are kinda funky smelling and old looking. You know how old boxes smell. The plates and paperwork are in like new condition.
Should I list them without the box? Or state the condition of the box and let the buyer decide if they want the box?

Xmas season - should I Hold off listing

Hello all!
I was wondering what your thoughts are on listing up new things during the xmas season. I sell vintage clothing and currently I have around 40 listings finishing on the 18th of December, however I do have some other stuff as well but I'm not sure if I should list them up now or wait until January.
What are your opinions? If I list them up they should finish on the 21st - 22nd.

Ebay's at it again with the listing

The other day I listed the first of the three Louis Vuitton Speedy bags. While vacumming out the inside, I saw that it had a French Company tag, so I quickly looked up the guide here on Ebay and got the facts. I listed the auction, with a reserve.
Today, I decided to put the amount of the reserve, but when I went to do it, I got the 30-day listing restriction notice! I quickly canceled the changes and backed out, then refreshed my store, and the bag is still there. Jeeeez!

Does A DMOZ Listing Help Your Website's Rankings?

I've asked this question on other forums and found different opinions, but does a DMOZ listing help your website's rankings?
For anyone who is already listed, are there really any clear benefits to being listed? Does it affect search engine ranking or traffic in any way or is it just a thing a web developer can brag about?
Also, I have submitted my site to DMOZ about 2 months ago and I am still not listed. How long does it usually take?

After upload -active listing in tl is

I have been uploading some items through turbo lister and everything seems to be fine in ebay. The problem is that when I went to correct something in the active section of tl I noticed that some of my listings were missing the descriptions. I compacted my data base thinking that would correct the problem. I have been checking every listing by previewing it in the active tl section. I am still having problems. The last one I did listed fine on ebay but just had the very end turbo lister message...

ARGH! Hit by listing restrictions

I was trying to list a Louis Vuitton cardholder, and bingo--Ebay said no. I've written an appeal, but in my experience, that means they extend it to 90 days from 30. ARGH!
