Yanno, here recently I just had a random thought pass through my brain. And I was sitting here, and thought, "Wow, women have come a long way in soceity." That smith machine looks like it's pretty cool. You'll sure as hell get a more natural movement out of that than you would out of a regular one. I would even use that thing to squat!
