Online Multi-player rule for Alexander
(03 Nov 2008)
I am just throwing this out there to see what opinions might be.
How does this sound for a rule when playing the Alexander expansion as Macedon.
The Macedonian player may only purchase one Alexander unit.
Regardless of how many are playing in the multi-player game.
In other words if there is an 8 player game, 4 Macedonians and 4 Persians for example only one of the Macedonians players may purchase the Alexander unit. The onus would be on the Macedonian team to decide if they purchased it and by...

34ZZZ BREASTS removed from Macedonian woman
(12 Oct 2008)
Macedonian women are wondering what it is about their make-up that has brought about two extraordinary cases of massively overgrown breasts in recent weeks.
Both woman had to have emergency breast-reduction surgery after their breasts became so large following pregnancy that they could no longer live normal lives.
The first, Afrodita Kamberi began to panic as her breasts reached a massive 34ZZZ bra-size after falling pregnant and persuaded doctors to cut them off because she was in unbearable pa...

Albanians from Macedonia
(24 Dec 2008)
Do you consider them Albanian or Macedonian? Don't get into the nationality vs ethnicity subject either. I want to know when you think about Albanians from Macedonia does it make a difference to you whether they share your traditions and speak your language or not?
p.s. this isn't just a random thread out of boredom but I hear this a lot and it's kind of ridiculous to me.

Goran Pandev Thread
(08 Dec 2008)
He killed Madrid yesterday with two fantastic goals. He's a superb passer of the ball, can hold up possession very well for his size, has a good shot and instinct for goal and he's quick as a fox. I'd love to see him one day in Milan colors, maybe he can even come this winter as Milan need attacking creativity and he could be a good rotational player and a partner for Gila/backup for Kaka. He's only 24 now.
What do you think about the little Macedonian? And the prospect of him perhaps coming to...

Macedonian Name Issue - self-determination or territorial aspiration?
(12 Nov 2008)

FYROM Slav-Macedonians claim that their nation has right to self-
determination, and this is obviously true. But even though this is the
case, Greece has declared it has no claims on FYROM'S territory.
Greece's only serious grievance was, and still is, the use by FYROM of
the name "Macedonia" and its derivatives.
Greece presented its case as follows [1]:
Quote:
Usurpation of Greece´s cultural and historical legacy...

The Pseudomacedonian Ideology: its Narrative
The Macedonian Issue is one of most significant and yet least understood
cultural conflicts in modern Europe. It involves concepts which
differentiate it from being a classic geopolitical crisis, many of which
are easily, if not completely, explained by their economical aspects
coupled with the archaic, recurring themes of expansion as augmentation
of the assertive sides sp...

Supplies
I was thinking about, how to slow down the ability of empires to conquer, in order to
create a more realistic speed of expansion, primiry concerning the "superpowers".
We´ve got a culture penalty and the distance penalty from capital, but this things do not seem
to affect the big empires, to expand ( like Macedonians keep moving towards balticum, though the
civilized colonies there were firstly made by germans in mediaval times ).
That kind of historically misbehavior of AI ( and also h...

The Uses of Guilds
(13 Dec 2008)
I have been thinking about how Guilds can be modded to add to EB II. I believe that there are many exciting possibilities for role-play and realism to be enhanced by creative modding of this M2TW feature.
Before I go into details, I think it is worthwhile considering what Guilds are when stripped of their medieval connotations.
These two threads detail how guilds work in M2TW and how they can be modded.
