What I remember most about Miami Vice was the song by Phil Collins, In the Air Tonight playing while Crockett and Tubbs rode in their sports car on their way to a drug bust that they were conducting.

Filters - Air, Oil, Fuel, Cabin/Pollen

Does anyone have any opinions on filter manufacturers?
From what I have found on my searches, Mann filters seems to be the #1 choice for TDI filtration. I'm trying to decide between 3 particular manufacturers WIX, AMSOIL Ea, and MANN.
How does the community feel about the differences between the 3? Is it a marginal debate on which is better than the other? Or does one of them stand alone as being the best of the best?

Bands You Like But Don't Care to See Live

Thinking about this after the Times article on a Vampire Weekend show. Are there any bands you like, or even love, that you have no interest to see live?
Vampire Weekend's there for me, partly because they have such a small catalogue. I also don't feel a lot of emotion in the songs, and you need that for a good live show.
Others: The Shins - maybe a little too hipster?
Death Cab - too low-key
Aimee Mann - no particular reason
The Decemberists - the long ones stretch my attention span as it is

How should the Gotham mob be used in Batman 3?

So, with Batman Begins we had Carmine Falcone, who ran illegal drug operations for those willing to pay, among other things. The mob scared everybody...nobody would dare cross them.
In The Dark Knight we had Salvatore Maroni, Gambol, and the Chechen (among others) who gave off your typical Michael Mann mob feel. Batman, Gordon, and Dent to took them on. The mob was faltering a bit...cops and lawyers weren't running scared like they used to.

Im a big boxing fan...I keep up with it pretty heavy. They were callin Tarver the king of the divison....Since when wuz this nigga the king? I jus dont see it. Mann i saw dis nigga fight last night. He iz highly overrated in my opinion. He slow, and that big left hand iz not all its cracked up to be. I only know of him catching one nigga with it(roy).

Was on another board earlier and saw a posting that CycleGear is offering 25% off everything in the store on New Years day. Don't know about you guys but I really like the local store, nice products, nice people and often show Isle of Mann TT races on their big plasma TVs (awesome racing).
On an unrelated topic I was hoping someone could offer an opinion of the stability of a bike on a rear stand. I keep one bike in a WheelDock in the garage (sorta like a Baxley) and the other on it's side stand...
