What do you think about Ka Bars? So I got one off of the internet and I like it a lot. I got the model 1211, the black Kraton G handle with the 7 inch blade. I will use it for camping and hiking. Anyone Else Wake Up In The Middle Of The Night Thinking About Ponies?

Well.... I woke up at 3am again this morning thinking about the ponio... & I for the past few weeks, I've dreamt about him every night, sometimes a nice dream where we go out for a fab ride, sometimes that we've got nowhere to go & he has to come live in the garden shed- or something else weird.
Is it just me who does this?.... I'm beginning to think I'm going a little crazy. I know our livery situation isn't ideal at present, but nothing really that bad. Maybe it's just another symptom of winte...

My husband and I both grew up in middle class families (if even that, I remember many months where we couldn't buy food until the next paycheck came in), but were lucky enough to be able to attend a fairly prestigious school on scholarships and loans, which is where we met. I just love knowing that the fat cats, that get double digit millions per year in pay, and bonuses and perks, lined up for a " socialistic" hand out of billions of tax payers dollars. It's socialism to help the poor or put the low middle class back on their feet, but it is not socialism to give all that money to admitted millionaire fat cat's. Something is wrong with this picture.

I'm tired of thinking about names so it looks like if the baby's a girl she'll be either Tessa (DH's choice) or Sage (my choice). We probably won't choose until after the birth, but I'd at least like to get the middle names cemented for whichever we go with. So I need some opinions on these...

Opinions on middle names please!

Hi guys-
I'm not a frequent poster, but I read all of your posts daily (been on BR since Sept) so I'd rather have your opinions on baby names than anyone on the regular Feb birth board.
DD's name is Sloane Ryan (Ryan is DH's middle name) and I'm due any day now with a boy. Thank God we agree that the first name will be Jude, but we're having a difficult time with middle names. My top contenders are Welsh/Irish/Celtic (Ronan, Rowan, Griffith, etc) but DH doesn't like anything too trendy or stran...

does anyone start here start stringing the cross strings from the middle of the racket like when starting the mains? I've been thinking about doing this because it may be the more balanced way to string and saving the frame some added distortions .. what do you think?

I Need A NIce Middle Priced Fixed Power Scope! Need Opinions On What To Buy...

I'm currently using a 36 fixed power BSA scope on my .204 target rifle. I'm wanting to spend a little more money and get something better. I like the fixed power scopes, I prefer it to be silver, and I can't afford the 1000.00 Leupold Competition Series. What else is out thee that is the 'middle of the road'? I was looking at the Weaver 36T. , but they still have the front paralax adj. and only a 1 inch tube dia. (kinda seems old school) I'd really like a side focus paralax and 30mm tube I'll sp...
