Thanks for posting it, Kurt. I completely missed the news. I do very much question the effectiveness of the propaganda campaign - I mean, the situation is just too dire and clear-cut for Iraqis to be deceived by some TV ads.

History is important to study . . . if you can trust the national media to not withhold key information they dont want you to see or twist daily news to fit their agenda. In the last 40 years, there have been nine major surveys of editors and reporters who work for national media. The most they ever voted Republican in a national election was 14%; the more common range has been 4% to 7%.
