Thinking about fighting a speeding ticket

All right, I wanted to get your opinions on this and see if I have a chance of fighting this in court. I got a speeding ticket on Highway 66 going from Evansville going into nearby Chandler. This is a four-lane highway. When you get out of Evansville the speed limit is 60. Right before you get to the Chandler city limit it drops to 50, a tenth of a mile, 45. Got a line on a fairly priced CBR954RR, and hope to look at it this weekend. Looking for opinions regarding comfort, reliability, and fun factor. I recently sold my 2000 VFR and am looking for a new addition to the fleet. Probably won't be doing rides longer than 3-4 hours on the 954 if I get it. I will probably try to put a top case on it and use it some for commuting. I'm 5'8" with a 29" inseam which is partially why I got rid of the VFR. Yes, I'm confused and looking for some advice. If I could afford it, I would go to a shrink. Since I can't, my second option would normally be talking to my parents. They are worthless pieces of scum so that option is out. I've talked to my friends, yes, but I always get the same answer:

This isn't complete yet, partially because the next part is a high drama bit which is terrifyingly challenging to write, but also because four pages are a little more digestable for you, my charismatic and sexually stimulating reader.
So far my main concern is it may contain a little bit too much backstory for a prologue, but I do think it has a strong enough hook. I'll let you be the judge however. Thank you very much for taking the time to read.

I need advice about the military

I have a boy (19) I have "adopted" a couple of years ago, he is a good kid, but has some inherent problems that he just hasn't gotten his life together.
When he moved in he was a drug user, a liar, didn't have a job, no GED, nothing going for him at all. His mother had kicked him out to the streets and he had no place to go or live.
Now, he has his GED, he has a job, he is just starting to make a life for himself and then it happened...
He has talked to a recruiter and this guy is promising him...
