Please start thinking about the CMG Meet-Up No. 2

If you have been following the CMG Contributor's thread—probably not the best place to discuss a forthcoming Meet-Up—then you know there is substantial interest in such an event.
Since the original idea came from our dear Canadian friend, Henry Slofstra, we hope he will be involved again. Werner Isler, our esteemed long-time CMGer will be coordinating things again.
We will need to select a month that is convenient for everyone (February 2008 was our last meet-up), then select probably a weekend...

I'm not createing this thread to let it turn into a freakin flame war...
I want the true and honest opinion of the intelligent people that roam this forum.
What is your future outlook on your use of windows? Will you ever consider moving away from windows completely? Have you already?

Do you think about right of way while fencing?

Do you think about right of way while fencing? As I mentioned in another thread, last night was my very first fencing class, so I'm trying to learn as much as possible. To that end, I was chatting with the instructor before the class, and I asked him which weapon the club starts beginners with. He said that we would learn the epee because it doesn't involve right of way, and that beginners usually find RoW pretty confusing.
That got me wondering: to what degree does your awareness of RoW affect...

OK, now for a thread that's actually about HT.
After the go around I had with the Samsung dual format machine and Casino Royale, I have begun to think about this:

It will be available locally at a 15% discount off list for two days the end of next week. The Sammy machine is on firmware update 1.3, and 1.4 is out there, but comments on AVS indicate it may cause more grief than what it solves. Hellboy II is here, and I've not played it yet, but...

Restructuring the forums -- thinking about what we want.

One of the things we need to start thinking about is how we want to structure the forums once we upgrade.
I'm open to suggestion. I don't think our current structure makes it easy to figure out the best place to put things or find things. As long as we're going to commit to fixing things, let's really fix them.
I'm making this up as a type, so don't consider it set in stone, but if we're going to restructure the forums, how about something like this?

Hello peoples.
I made this thread in the summer holidays but it died RIP dieded poof gone.
Anyway have you ever thought about making your own manga or are you working on one?
Feel free -If you risk it being stolen i won't and i hope no-one else will- to post up your ideas i might give a "breif" of the story of my manga "Vampiric Cross" which, yes does have vampires.

Thinking about rolling Order here, any tips?

As the thread title says , i am looking to ditch my Destro roll and rethink about joining the under populated Order side.
I am currently a Squig Herder on the busy Eltharion server and i am having a good time, but i would like a new challenge with this soon to be healthy server.
What character would i find fun?
I have been an ironbreaker before but i dont have the urge to roll again.
The Squig herder is great fun what would IYHO be a worthwhile Order toon to roll where i could have as much fun?
