Any ideas on Wheat bock? I am thinking about making a winter warmer with 35% wheat 2-Row and carafa making a 20 srm. Using 1056. Sounds boring as hell to me. Need some inspiration Thanks

1944 D/S wheat cent

Just found this cent in a bag of "unsearched wheat cents". It looks to me like a D/S. Any opinions are appriciated. Photo number 4 has the closest picture of the mintmark I could get.

You can see by my signature that I've got quite a collection of chooks, turkeys and geese and it costs a fortune to feed them (but they're worth it!)
I was told today that a local farm sells 4 stone (56lbs or 25.4 k) sack of wheat at the gate for... £3
Will it cause any problems with any of my feathered friends if I substitute part of their feed with wheat. In particular I was thinking about the turkeys and geese who, between them, cost me about £25 a week at the moment. ... and maybe as th...

I was at al small, organic local food shop buying gifts today. I picked up a marinade and read the label, and there was soy sauce listed in the ingredients as being "100% organic and GMO free". I asked them if the soy sauce had wheat, and after some investigation it was revealed that it did have wheat in it. Now here is the rub....

I was thinking about making a wheat beer but only using what I have on hand. I have wheat yeast but only extra light lme. Anyway I like the chamomile idea so I have a few additions I wanted to pass along and see if you guys think it sounds good or skanky slut ass crack nasty:
9# LME
Steeping grains (whatever I have)
wyeast hefe yeast
hops (whatever I have in the freezer I know it includes fuggles)

So I am still only 1.5 years on the gluten free diet and am still learning new things all the time, but this really blew my mind! hey i was just wondering what others thought about this.
our troops need wheat but it lowers wheat production. My idea is that you have a wheat Bank, or something like it, where you deposit your wheat and ur troops take it from there. The only promblem i see is if u 4get about it. It would help cause if u got raided and ran out of wheat ur troops would not starve cause they would have there supply. Plz post whatever u think about this.

Morgan 1885P Toned and what I believe is a VAM-1C pitted reverse. The pics are about as good as I can get them. The third pic is through a loope trying to capture the raised pits under the fletches.
Heavy toning makes it difficult for me to grade or confirm the VAM. I'll report back the findings but would like the opinion of the members in the meantime. nlp

So are you thinking about buying that roll of *unsearched* wheats on ebay? Don't do it without checking out the seller on toolhaus.org! Example:
