Some healthy ways to use Ankle/wrist weights?

Hey everyone. I have a pair of ankle/wrist weights (I can use them for either.) that are 4 lbs each, with 10 adjustable weight bars each (so one weight can be adjusted by .2 lbs at a time)
I used to use these on my wrist while I played tennis ( 2 lb on each hand) but I didn't really know what I was doing, so I stopped using them after a week after I bought them. Now, I'm thinking about really using them again.
What are some healthy ways to use ankle/wrist weights? I have a friend who advised me...

In these modern times watches are made for people with big wrists. Who hasn't got a watch that is 42+ mm. But what is the real problem?
Watchbrands like Seiko, Citizen or Orient only make watches that are quiet big. Not that I mean they don't have smaller watches, think of the 5's ...
But all their great watches are big, think about the Monster, the Mako ...
Those are some great watches, but it's kinda hard for people with smaller wrist (+/- 6 inch).
But witch watch do you guys wear on your smal...

FO wrist presence

Hi all, I am starting to think about getting in on the FO serial edition, but had some questions about how it wears.
My main concern is that the FO will wear too small for my taste...I have a 7.5 " wrist and can pull off 39mm to 46mm watches, but the 43-44mm size is really where I like to be.
I know the FO had a similar 41mm size case to the MO, but I feel my MO wears more like a 42-43mm watch due to the crystal and very thin bezel.

about this? im really good with leathers and patchings metals on to vests
and im not into bdsm btw.. i mean the gothic
punker bondage stuff i was thinkin about
making vests and wrist bands and selling them
online or on ebay or somthing think i should ?
materials coast at 5-20$ in bulk spikes 1-19$ in bulk studs
about 20$-50 on the leather vests or fabric vests
and wrist bands go at 5-10$
i could sell the stuff i make for double the price i paid

Hey lovelies
Just a quick one! This watch is apparently unisex, but does if you saw it on a man's wrist, would you think, "Why on earth is he wearing that?!". I think I like it, but the more I think about it the most unsure I become.

My Laptop is not going to be able to run a host of new games at a playable level, so I'm going to have get them on 360 and I hate using the joysticks for FPS games. I just have a few questions that I was hoping somebody could answer about the xfps 3.0 plus before I decide to buy one.

Found this little bit weird watch on ebay and I have to admit that I am really like it! Does anybody had experience with this or similar models? How it's size? it's suppose to be 35mm but it's rectangular form might be ok for my 7" wrist. Any suggestions or photos would be very appreciated.
